My Little Secret (Ginny Weasley x Draco Malfoy)

Chapter 26

I couldn't help but feel a little sad the next day. It is my last day at Hogwarts to be fair. I was going through all my classes and paying attention (unlike most times). I would cherish these memories once they are gone. 

Once the night came I walked into my dormitory and started shoving all of my things in my trunk. After making sure that everything was safely in there. I climbed into bed and waited for everyone to be sleeping. My friends kept looking at me strangely but I ignored their looks. 

While they weren't looking, I scribbled a letter. 

To: The Weasley Family

I feel like I will have a happier life if it is with Draco. We are off and on the run. Please don't come looking for us. I love you guys and hope you live a long and happy life. 

Ginny

I shoved the letter in my pocket for the time being. Then I lay in bed until I could hear everyone in my dormitory sleeping. Then I stood up, placed the letter on my bed, and pulled my wand out of my pocket

"Wingardium Leviosa" I whisper

My trunk slowly starts floating upwards. I walk through the door and guide my trunk with it. 

Before leaving the Ravenclaw common room, I turn around just to look at it one more time. It really is a wonderful place. 

I walk out and start quietly running down the hallways. I need to get to the room of requirement. When I get there, I see the door already in place. I walk through. 

I see the same old room as always, except, there is only one difference. There is a door near the clock. 

I glance around to see Draco sitting on the couch, his trunk sitting on the ground next to him. 

"Smart." He said while eyeing my trunk, still levitating in the air. 

I laugh and so does he. I still cannot believe we are doing this.  

"Are you ready?" I ask in anticipation of what comes next. 

"Yup. I have all my things. When we walk out of that door, it will take us somewhere random near the muggles." He said

"So we need to change," I said 

Draco nods. He opens his trunk and starts looking for muggle clothes. I start looking for mine. I run across a pair of dark jeans, a dark green T-shirt, and a black jacket. I put them on and look over to see Draco in a pair of loose jeans and a maroon sweatshirt. 

I walk over to him and run my fingers through his hair, then I comb it in a different direction, trying to make it look different. 

"We don't need to look like Draco and Ginny. We need to look like nobodies." I tell him as I try to change the way his hair folds. 

"Oh okay," Draco replies. Finally, understand why I am fiddling with his hair. 

When Im done, his hair now swoops towards the front and gets in his eyes a little. 

"Okay, Your turn," Draco says as he pulls out a pair of scissors. 

Oh gosh

I turn around and can just feel the hair get lighter as he chops away at my hair. When he's done, I run over to look in the mirror. 

My hair is now only down to my chin. It's a new look. That's for sure. But it's not bad!

I run back over to him and hug him. I can't wait to start this adventure. 

"You ready?" He said once I had pulled back from the hug

"As ready as I will ever be" I reply.

We grab each other's hands, in our other hand are our wands, pulling our trunks behind us. We walk out of the door. Into a new world and a new life.
