A/N Sooo who fell for my April fools joke? I know 1 person did......
Anyway..There is going to be a new character in this story. If you leave a short description of your character it could be in it! There are only 1 1/2 rules.
a) they have to sing
b) it is preferred they are a boy but it can also be a girl.
Also there is a new POV in this chapter! It is Simon Cowell's! I'm not sure if he actually is part of management in real life but for this story he is!

Simon's POV
Liam had called me and asked to schedule a meeting. He sounded angry which was unusual because he is usually so calm. Not today though; today he was furious.
All the boys and I were sitting around a large table with fancy chairs. I was just waiting for everyone to get settled and then we would begin.
"Ok so I understand there are some issues concerning the band," I began, "Liam, why don't you speak first?"
He nodded, "Well we all know what happened a few years ago. You know, Zayn stealing my girlfriend! I, of course, never forgave him but I never thought he would do some foolish prank to get even! And not even a prank on me! On HARRY! This prank was blamed on the girls and everyone hated them, until Harry and I figured out the truth; that it was Zayn! I honestly believe that he should be kicked out of One Direction for his unforgiving behaviour! Who agrees?"
Louis and Harry both put up their hands. Only Zayns and Niall's stayed down. Zayn's reason was obvious, but I wasn't sure about Niall's
"Niall, why do you disagree?" I questioned.
"Well...Yes Zayn did those things, but they were mistakes! Well...maybe not the prank...but who can blame him! I mean, even after he apologized, he was still an outcast. I was the only one who would talk to him! My sister and Liz were a threat to Zayn because he thought I wouldn't have time for him anymore! That's why he did the prank! To get the girls out of the way! MAYBE if Zayn as treated better he wouldn't have done this!" Niall argued.
"HE DOESN'T DESERVE TO BE TREATED BETTER! HE STOLE MY GIRLFRIEND!!!!!!!!!!" Liam screamed, tears running down his face.
Everyone started yelling and screaming.
"HE IS SORRY!"
"IT WAS A MISTAKE!"
"HE'S AN IDIOT!"
"HE SHOULD BE KICKED OUT!"
This was to much.
"SILENCE!!!!!!!!!" I yelled.
Everyone was very surprised.
"I have made my decision!" I announced. (Le dramatic pause)
"I have chosen to kick Zayn out!"
"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" Niall cried.
Zayn ran out of the room. He wasn't crying....yet.
"How could you!? One Direction is falling apart and its your fault Liam! What are the fans going to think?" Niall wondered.
"OH the fans....Yeah were telling them Zayn quit!" I answered, "Also we will be getting a new member!"
Niall didn't say anything. He just walked out of the room.
