In a heated battle with the neighboring kingdom, the knight Lancelot who is the trusted, faithful and loyal knight to king Arthur is now in another world that he couldn't recognize, it was full of life and green, fresh water and clean air, unlike the world he lived in that is full of wars and battle towards the other kingdoms leaving bloody trails on the ground and injured warriors and soldiers. The dark knight observes his surroundings being cautious because of the new environment he is in.

"How peculiar, there's nothing but peace" the knight spoke while looking around, the sky is blue and no clouds could be seen, the breeze was cold and refreshing. Lancelot pulled off his metal helmet to feel the breeze on his quills and face, some parts on his features had a few cuts from the battle but it wasn't that much because of the strong armor the king have given to him before the battle.

"I'm gonna win this time shads!" The blue hedgehog yelled out to the ebony hedgehog dashing behind him who agreed to race him to see who is the fastest among the two of them

"Just you wait you darn faker" the black hedgehog growled at him while dashing not too far behind him, The azure one laughed out loud with a wide grin knowing he will win this round

"Awwww~ l already won twice you know~ might as well you give up!" The blue hedgehog said in a playful manner while the other glared at him out of irritation and frustration "you'll be sorry" the other responded with a hint of annoyance in his tone, both of them continued to dash through the forest making a lot of turns around the trees and rocks before finally reaching through the open field of flowers and grass

"Hey, let's make a deal! If l win, you have to buy me chili dogs throughout the month and if you win, l will do anything you say! Deal?" The blue hedgehog said with a wide smirk feeling confident of himself that he was sure to win against his rival as he glance behind him seeing the ebony hedgehog getting closer towards him "anything huh? Deal" the other agreed

Lancelot stood near a tree and found himself getting mesmerized by the butterflies slowly surrounding him, he place down his helmet on the grass and reach his finger out for the butterflies to land on

"Watch out!!" The blue hedgehog yelled out as a warning to the armored hedgehog, he couldn't stop his feet from running too fast, Lancelot turn his head towards the voice but before he could even see his face, both of them fell over each other on the ground making the butterflies startled and fly away. Shadow reach his hand on the tree bark with a wide grin

"I win" he said with a smug tone grinning down at sonic "no fair! Someone was in the way- oh shoot" the azure hedgehog got up and turn around checking the armored hedgehog he just fell over on, once he saw the color of his quills with red stripes along it and his crimson red eyes, the blue hedgehog felt the chills run down his spine analyzing his similar features to his rival

"What the- you look exactly like shadow-" shadow's ears perked up hearing his rival mentioned his name, he step aside from the tree and his eyes widen in shock "what in the actual fuc-"
"l do not know who this shadow you spoke of, however, my name is Lancelot, l am the king's knight"  the dark night spoke with his eyes narrowed introducing himself as he stood up on his feet

His eyes trace up and down towards the blue hedgehog and immediately kneel Down with his head lowered down "my king! I am overjoyed to see you!" Sonic's eyes widen in surprise while the other stood there speechless and annoyed

"Me?..king?-"
