Melinda: Faith, why are you fighting this so much? We are married. We're great together. We are great sexually. Why not give us a chance? What the hell are you afraid of?

Faith : I ain't afraid of shit. Ok. I'll give this thing six months. But I want an open marriage. You do your shit. I do mine. And if you ever hit me again or disrespect my family again I will kill you.

Melinda: Agreed. Open marriage? Sounds kinky. I'm game. You know I'm game , baby lol. Your place or mine.

Faith: Mine. And when I say go you go.

                    -----------

Faith: Richard, I don't need your legal advice anymore. I'm going to stay with Melinda. My wife.

Richard: Really? Well congratulations on your marriage. I think. But if you change your mind I can offer any assistance you need.

Faith: Thanks. How are you and Nigel doing btw ? I do apologize for being rude about his , you know.

Richard: We're fine. My daughter is here. She'll be moving in permanently. Her mother and my ex-wife Sarah just died.

Faith: Wow. Sorry. My condolences.

Richard:  Thank you.

                 -----------

Faith: So I'm married now, bro. Me and Melinda are going to give it a go for a while anyway. It's going to be an open marriage.

DuBuis: An open what? Faith, what are you doing? Are you sure about this marriage and this woman?

DuBuis: I have bipolar depression.

Faith: Damn. Look, bro , just take care of yourself and your family right now. I can handle my own shit. Ok ?

DuBuis: Fine but if you need me I'll always be there for you.

Faith: I know that. You always have. I love you.

DuBuis: I love you too.

                   ---------

Andrew: So if you are really interested I did a little research and found an AA meeting at ironically enough your brother's own church. The UUC. It's on Wednesday nights. I can text you the information if you want it. And if you want or ever need to talk I'm always here for you. Are you ok? Is that woman really your wife?

Faith: Yeah. She's my wife. For now. Thanks, Andrew. Send me the information. I may go. How hard is kicking this shit? I want a damn drink now.

Andrew: It's a daily struggle. I've been sober years and yet every morning I want a drink. Whiskey was my demon. I fight it with determination, faith , and the love of my wife. I'd be lost without Glory. Do you feel that way about your wife?

Faith: I gotta go. Thanks for the help. Send me the information. I'll go. I promise.
