He entered his bedroom and closed the door with a bang. He threw himself across his bed and closed his eyes. He was alone in the quiet, large bedroom of his. He listened to the sound of his breathing. He was breathing fast at first, but it later slowed down to its normal pace. He placed his hand on his chest. His heart was beating fast, frantically pumping blood throughout his body. The warm blood coursing through his veins was not only making his chest warm, but also his whole body. His forehead was wet from his sweat. His lips were hot. His tongue was burning and the sweet aftertaste was still there.

He groaned and turned his head. There was a glass of water on the bedside table. He reached out and grabbed hold of it. He tightened his grip on the cup. The glass broke easily, as if he had used most of his power to do so. He only used a fraction of his strength. In fact, he didn't even try at all. It felt natural. He felt powerful. He felt good. He could feel that power flowing in his body and he was aching to use it. But he was tired at the same time. It felt like his energy had been drained from him. He still felt that power, but he felt faint. He never felt faint. It's not in his nature. Even though he was always sleeping to conserve his energy.

That woman was dangerous. He had tried his best(which was quite a rare case for the likes of him) to avoid her, to not get in close contact with her. But he wasn't able to do so. So he let his desires control him. It felt right yet wrong at the same time. Again, this was not his nature. He is a vampire, why should he care for such trifles? It is in his nature to suck blood from a human. But she was different. She had forced him to do the unusual; making him avoid her and threatening to just throw herself to other vampires. So he had punished her. Instead, he had found himself in this situation.

She is a dangerous woman, that Lillia. He had to really avoid her from now on. Sakamaki Shuu had reached that decision as he slowly closed his eyes, letting the drowsiness to lull him to sleep.

Lillia gingerly touched her neck for the thousandth time that morning on her way to school. It was quite warm for the early spring season, yet she wore a scarf around her neck, to hide the bite marks. The pain had subsided, but upon seeing it that morning, she couldn't help but feel fascinated by it. Strange. That wasn't the first time she had noted that her attitude towards the events that had happened yesterday to be strange. It was strange because she should have been traumatised and crying over the bitemarks, whining about the pain. But here she was, walking to school as usual, as if nothing had happened. Her indifference bothered her. Has Shuu's behaviour had brushed off on her? She certainly hoped not.

She entered the school grounds, being greeted by the security guard. "Early morning, young lady?" asked the middle-aged security guard with a friendly smile. Lillia looked at him, and nodded at his statement with a faint smile on her lips. The security guard was the only male that only looked at her with such sincerity - not with lust unlike her peers and the young teachers - after she started going to school with her appearance now. She was about to walk away when she was called out by the security guard again. "Say...young lady? Not being scary or anything, but you seem very different than usual today" said the security guard, his smile still plastered on his face.

Lillia froze and turned to look at the man slowly. The man who wore the name tag 'Sakamoto' engraved with gold letters on it folded his arms as he looked at her. He nodded, as if he was acknowledging something. "Yup. You look a bit different today" he said, scratching his head. "Not sure why, though"
