Chapter 22

Taehyung arrived at Jeon's mansion unannounced causing another outburst out of Jungsuk, but all he cared was for Jeon couple to get infront of him.

"Stop pestering me and move out of my way!" He growled at Jungsuk causing him to laugh out loud in mockery, "now we see Kim Taehyung on Jeon's doorstep like a pest asking for my younger sibling...does this sound relatable to you? oh no! It would sound relatable when I beat you up and send you back right?"

Taehyung closed his eyes to stop himself from lashing out on Jungsuk, he can't afford to taint the relations between them just for his personal benefit.

"Can you not be cooperative for once? Guess I have to handle you in my way..."

Saying that Taehyung harshly shoved Jungsuk out of his way by grabbing his jaw in a tight grip.

"Dare to stop me, I will show you what this pest can do!"

Jungsuk breathed heavily at Taehyung's audacity to get physical with him despite the fact that he open endedly confessed he loves his brother.

"You are meeting no one here!" Taehyung's eyes shifted back to Jungsuk's when he heard him, "They are gone to weep for their younger child at the airport in the hope to stop him, but you know what? This was the best decision Jungkook took after entertaining a piece of shit like you!"

"You mean the best decision after considering you are his role model? Surely."

With that comment Taehyung made his way out of Jeon's mansion but not before directing a deadly glare at Jungsuk.

He quickly arrived at airport to find Jeon couple retreating with their head hung low.

With not much thought, he approached them,

"Uncle, aunty...Ju-ngkook?" the evident crack in his voice didn't go unnoticed by the couple who just shook their head. Lina started tearing up again,

"You don't know Taehyung... Jungkook returned after so many years...so many. Now that he left with such fight, I'm dead sure he won't come back no matter what..."

Her words made him lost in his thoughts, "what action are you going to take?" Raj asked, he was pretty composed than his wife. He was all about judging what Taehyung does and the impact of his actions, disregarding that Jungkook left because of Jungsuk not because of Taehyung.

"You will see." Taehyung spoke, eyes blank.

He carefully directed Jeon couple towards his car and dropped them at their mansion and immediately returned at his own.

Slamming his door open, he started packing few of his clothes in the suitcase.

Ryla watched her son with bewilderment. "What the heck are you doing?"

"Can you do me a favour mom?"

He asked, "Find Jungkook's address, his US address. I know you have great connections, do anything and get me his address before 4 pm . I have a flight at night but I have some work to sort out, so could you? Please..."

Ryla couldn't believe her son who was now ready to leave the country to bring Jungkook back.

"Uh.. okay but are you sure he would listen to you and come back?" She asked hesitantly. "I guess you're forgetting that he never left because of me..." Ryla sensed evident hurt in Taehyung's voice and quickly patted his back in comfort.

"Consider your work is done. The address will be sent to you before 2." Her words made Taehyung smile softly at her. "You know that you're the best mother, in this entire world right?" "Certainly I do."

There was pin drop silence in Jeon's mansion as they were having lunch with the atmosphere like somebody died in the house.

Raj's phone buzzed few times alerting him, he quickly took it to see messages from Taeyang.

"Taehyung is going to fly...to USA." He announced making Jungsuk's spoon drop in the plate. Lina looked equally shocked.

"Are you serious?" Jungsuk asked with an uncertain look. "Yes. Glad he is taking some major steps unlike somebody else."

With that final comment Raj left from the dinning room leaving Lina and Jungsuk alone.

Jungsuk watched Lina uncertainty and hatred bottling up inside his mother's eyes and even his father's actions.

He was once their pride and now he is nothing but their disoppointment.

"Mom- do you also think I... overreacted?" He asked with a nervous look on his face.

"You didn't overreact, you took revenge." Lina said as she took a sip of her green tea.

"You weren't hurt or shocked that Taehyung and Jungkook developed feelings for eachother. You were happy inside because you got the chance to show Taehyung how you felt all this while. Only one word for your behaviour Jungsuk, miserable."

With that she pushed the tea cup aside and left without sparing any glance at him.

Jungsuk felt as if he has lost everything.

This pride that he used to treasure that he was the best in the family, the gold fortune for their family, turns out Jungkook was diamond then.

Jeon couple refused to back down with their hatred for their older son who was the reason for Jungkook's anger and return back to US.

"I am so done with everything.. Jungkook basically ran away from all his problems and here, everyone is blaming me! If he had guts to love then why can't he face the consequences like we both did!" Jungsuk poured out his thoughts on the call with Jieun who gulped, she felt very guilty after she lashed out on her brother for what? Loving someone? She was the one explaining him that we can't decide whom we fall for and here she was shouting at him for the same thing. She sighed in defeat as she wanted to correct Jungsuk that Jungkook left because his support system, his role model has hurted him not because he was a coward.

"I can understand, please calm down."

There she made the first mistake of her life ahead with Jungsuk. She refused to explain him his fault and agreed to whatever he said.

She had no idea that this only silly mistake would lead to her married life, full of miseries.
