Chapter 31

Ever since Julia has made her arrival, Taehyung's mind was in mess. He clearly heard what intentions Julia had and how Jungkook was having hard time to stop her.

She seemed determined.

"She is obsessed." Jungkook hissed, eyes glaring at Julia who was staring at Jungsuk with a longing look.

"Jungkook..I don't feel nice." Taehyung utters watching the way Julia was staring at Jungsuk, "Are you sure that..Jungsuk has moved on?"

Jungkook paused and looks at him, "Taehyung seriously? You can't trust me? I've asked him myself-"

"It's not that Jungkook..look at her. She is so deep into this, seems like they have really shared some meaningful past. I'm not good at this Jungkook, I don't want Jieun hurt." Taehyung spoke in a low tone.

"Taehyung I've seen them together, they lasted for..like few months only. Nothing was as meaningful as she is making it seems like." Jungkook tries to convince him.

"This doesn't feel good Jungkook.." Taehyung utters in uncertainty. "I'm not having a good feeling. I want to talk to Jungsuk-"

"Taehyung don't- are you serious?"

"There is his ex present in his engagement ceremony Jungkook- have you lost your mind?" Taehyung snaps at him.

"I know Taehyung but she can't do anything-"

"You will say this once she has done everything. I'm not ready to take risks. It might be common for yall to call your exes at your wedding but it's restricted in my family and I will not allow this bullshit." Taehyung speaks in a tone of finality instantly walking away from Jungkook.

Jungkook stared at him with wide eyes, "Man..why did you have to invite her Jungsuk.." he rubs his forehead in frustration.

Taehyung walks up to Jungsuk and whispers into his ear, "I want to talk to you."

Jungsuk looks at him for a moment then nods, "Hey aunty, I will be back." He excuses himself and follows Taehyung towards the secluded balcony.

"What happened Taehyung?" He asked, "Jungsuk do you like to cause trouble?" Taehyung asked back with evident anger in his voice.

Jungsuk was taken back by his question, "what?"

Taehyung walks towards him, standing right infront of him. His figure towering over Jungsuk.

"Why is your ex here?"

Jungsuk shuts his eyes in realisation, "did Jungkook tell you this now-"

"I asked you something Jungsuk." Taehyung cuts him off. "Why is your freaking ex here?"

"Taehyung she is not just my ex, she was my childhood friend. She hasn't moved on ever since we broke up. Now I feel that she-"

"Honestly Jungsuk, with all due respect- fuck what you feel. For once, please don't do this. I want this wedding to happen without any issues. You're just..creating new problems."

Jungsuk sighs and speaks, "Taehyung I can understand your concern..I really do. But does she not deserve to know that I'm happy and over her?" Jungsuk asks.

"She will know it once you stop giving her importance, inviting her for wedding has ignited a hope in her. My sister..will not like this Jungsuk." Taehyung warns him. "I swear to God Jungsuk, if that woman creates any problem now- I will ruin your family and you will be the reason for it."

With that he walks away, leaving Jungsuk in deep thought.

Jungkook watches as Taehyung enters in the hall, he approaches him, "please don't Jungkook.." Taehyung stops him, swatting his hands away. "I'm in horrible mood right now and I don't want to burst out on you. So please give me some space."
