"My heart is yours
It's you that I hold on to"
__
HarryI had decided to bring them out to a restaurant called Palma. It had been located on Cornelia Street, which is where I rent a small apartment on a top floor.
They had enough food for Clem to eat so I wasn't worried about that. It was the final countdown till the proposal, each day becoming more and more exciting for me. I knew I wanted to do this, and nothing was stopping me from marrying her. Unless she says no, which is also a passibility I have to take into account. It wasn't a possibility I liked but it could happen.
We sat down, waiting for the check. Noa fought with me on paying it but I told her no. I always tell her no. I don't ever expect her to pay for anything. It may make me sound controlling but I never liked the idea of a partner paying for me. I know I'm able to afford it so I never saw the issue.
I gave the waiter cash and told them to keep the change. We got up, and left. I parked my car in the garage of the apartment. And we decided to stay there for the night being that both me and Noa drank a little.
I tucked Clem into her bed, it was starting to get dark at just around 8:30. She had her class prep tomorrow and I had work. It was my last day of work till Monday of next week. I'd taken the whole weekend off and Friday to prepare, and to get my clothes altered and fitted.
I needed everything to be perfect. Absolutely everything.

NoaEverything really did start to feel a little weird. Harry had taken off Friday and the weekend. He never has. He is simply a workaholic. This meant he would be home, with me. Unless he has other shit planned.
I needed to go to the classroom before the weekend to organize stuff before the kids arrival. I wanted my classroom to be a safe space for all kids and parents but mostly the little munchkins .
I also was teaching a few grades at a time but still honors science so I needed to create something that wouldn't look too babyish to the older kids but something the younger ones could comprehend.
It was also a private school. This meant classes were weighted. The GPA starts now for them which I think is pretty bullshit.
I had a rough time during high school and having to worry about GPA drained me. Now children that aren't even in middle school now has to deal with it?
I wonder if it really does count towards anything.
I make my way to the bathroom where I saw Harry shaving. He's always been very particular about everything so I don't jump in. And he always knows how to clean up everything so that is also a bonus.
He stood over the sink, with his torso bare and a baggy pair of sweatpants hung low on his waist. Low enough to see two fern tattoos one of each side.
I wanted to go behind him and wrap my arms around his figure. But I waited till he was done. I didn't want him to cut himself. I took my facial cream and acne medication out from the cabinet. I took my water bottle and swallowed them. I had just hoped I wouldn't wake up in the middle of the night and start puking.
I then rubbed in my facial moisturizer along with serums for my skin and its dryness.
"I um, I have a doctor's appointment at 12 on Monday if you'd want to come. It's uh about a number of things including my Lupus." He looks up at me as I stare at his face. It was rinsed off, a few droplets rolling down his face.
