What did I get myself into? There was no way I was going to wait for him until midnight. Let alone, allow him in my house. It was nighttime, just after half past eleven. I was seated on the armchair in my bedroom, reading my favorite book, Atomic Habits, when I decided to take a shower. I placed the book down, stood up, and went to shower. I spent roughly about 40 minutes in there as the hot water felt calming and relaxing on my skin. Eventually, I got out, applied lotion on my body, and did my skincare before I got dressed in my comfy pajamas. When I went back to the room, I got the hugest shock of my life. Mxolisi was seated on the armchair, reading my book. He looked up and placed the book down.
Mxolisi: "Interesting book. Hello, Mi amor." I was speechless. I walked towards the bed and sat down.
Me: "Wh.. how did you get in?"
Mxolisi: "I used the sliding door." I looked at the sliding door that was wide open, which I had previously locked hours ago.
Me: "But, it was locked."
Mxolisi: "I know, and I opened it. " I shook my head and went to close it. I went and sat on the bed, facing him.
Me: "Why are you here, Mxolisi?"
Mxolisi: "I came to see you." I sighed.
Me: "If you're looking for a relationship or love, then you're in the wrong place."
Mxolisi: "Unfortunately, you don't have a choice. You're my chosen one."
Me: "No, I'm not."
Mxolisi: "Well, the claw marks on your arm say otherwise." Wait a minute! The dots were finally connecting.
Me: "It was you! You fucken animal!" I said, standing up. He looked at me, not giving a damn about my revelation.
Mxolisi: "You're being dramatic. It's not like I killed you."
Me: "Well, you imprinted on me without my permission." I said calmly as i sat back down. We sat in silence for a few minutes, then I looked at him.
Me: "So, you're a wolf?"
Mxolisi: "Half man, half wolf and half vampire. With powers, of course." Damn! So that's how he opened the sliding door.
Me: "Interesting." He frowned.
Mxolisi: "You're too calm for my liking. "
Me: "You're not the only one who special." He chuckled.
Mxolisi: "So tell me about yourself. "
Me: "I thought you knew everything about me."
Mxolisi: "I do. I just like hearing you talk." I rolled my eyes.
Me: "Ndalolwenkosi Sbanisomanzini Zungu is my name. I'm 24, turning 25 next week. I want a black Ferrari F430 2005 from you. I have 6 brothers and 1 sister. I'm a businesswoman, assassin, and thief during the night. Oh, and I have a 5-tailed beast inside of me. That's all." He chuckled at the car request.
Mxolisi: "It looks like we have a lot in common." Whatever nigga.
Me: "Your turn."
Mxolisi: "Mxolisi Zulu is my name. I'm 32. I have a younger brother. I'm a businessman, assassin, and thief during the night. "
Me: "You're just copying what I said."
Mxolisi: "But it's true."
Me: "If you say so. I want to sleep."
Mxolisi: "Lala phela." Damn. The way he said that, made my clit jump in excitement. Snap out of it, you horny bitch!
Me: "I need you to leave."
Mxolisi: "No." He said, then stood up and took off his shirt, pants, and shoes. He got on the bed and covered himself with the duvet. So, he won't leave? Great! (Sarcasm). I sighed in defeat and switched off the lights, then got in bed.
Me: "Stay on your side and don't touch me." He chuckled.
Mxolisi: "And if I don't?" He asked, pulling me towards me. He wrapped his arms around me and buried his face on my neck. It's was official. This man will be the death of me, I swear!

Khwezi

Life lately has been pure bliss. I went from being a girlfriend to a fiancee in a matter of a year. I was at home and in the kitchen, cooking up a storm for me and my future husband. The clicking of heels brought me back to reality. A woman wearing the world's most shortest dress and tallest heel entered, flipping her silky 32-inch weave and carrying a small Gucci purse. She folded her arms and looked at me in digust.
Woman: "So you're the bitch he left me for?" She asked, looking at me up and down.
Me: "Um.. who are you, and how did you get in?" I was so confused.
Woman: "I let myself in, and Nomhle is the name, darling." (Remember Nomhle, Manqoba's former fuck buddy)
Me: "Your name is irrelevant to me. Why are you here?" She laughed in annoyance. She walked towards me.
Nomhle: "I just came to tell you to enjoy it while it lasts. Manqoba will always love me and not you." I chuckled at her delusion.
Me: "Interesting. Yet I'm wearing his ring." I said while flashing my expensive diamond rock in front of her face. Her eyes grew wider in shock. I guessed she didn't expect me to be engaged to him.
Nomhle: "What? That's impossible! The Manqoba that I know would never do that." I laughed.
Me: "I guess you don't know him at all. Now do me a favor and leave."
Nomhle: "Nx." She turned around and stormed out, but before she went out the door, she turned and looked at me.
Nomhle: "Oh, and before I go, tell Manqoba his child wants to see him." She said with a smirk, then winked before closing the door. The fuck? Manqoba has a child? No, no, no... this was not true! It can't be! I rushed to my  phone and called Manqoba.

Manqoba: "Sthandwa senhliziyo yam."
Me: "Do you know uNomhle?"
Manqoba: "Babe?"
Me: "Ask my question, Manqobisizwe?" Please don't judge me. I was literally panicking. He sighed.
Manqoba: "Yes, i-." I didn't even wait for him to finish his sentence. I hung up and  threw the phone on the bed. I couldn't let him continue talking. What if he knew about this child and he didn't tell me? A lot of questions were racing in my head. My phone rang, and it was him. I stared at it until it stopped ringing. I sat on the bed and stared into space, thinking about Nomhle, Manqoba, and this sudden child.
Manqoba: "Khwezi! Khwezi!" I didn't even hear him coming in. He entered the room and looked at me. He rushed over to me.
Manqoba: "What's wrong, Khwezi?" He asked, wiping my tears from my face. I didn't even realize that I was crying.
Me: "You have a child." I blurted out. He was confused, and then he smiled.
Manqoba: "Wait, are you pregnant?"
Me: "No, Manqoba." I explained to him what had happened earlier, and when I was done, he was very furious. He kept quiet and stormed out, leaving me there without giving me any answers. I sighed and sat back down on the bed.

WHAT THE FUCKEN HELL!!! I rushed out of the house and got in my car. I called Ndalo, and she answered after the third ring.
Ndalo: "Zalo."
Me: "I need you to find someone's address. I sent you the name and picture."
Ndalo: "Ok, just give me a sec." I waited, and after minutes, she spoke.
Ndalo: "I sent it to you."
Me: "Sure." And as I was about to hand up, she spoke again.
Ndalo: "I can feel your anger. Your beast is trying to come out. Control it before the others feel it, too." And she said then hanged up. I took a look at the car mirror, and my eyes had changed into an orange color. I reversed the car and made my way to Nomhle's apartment. Who the fuck does she think she is? Coming to my house and terrorizing my wife? And the child? She better pray that she was lying because if I find out that she kept my child from me, I'll rip her heart out. And that's a promise!
