n the days that followed, the group at the Kim mansion did their best to support Jin and help him heal. Yn, too, remained by his side, gently guiding him through the turbulent waters of his grief and heartbreak.

Slowly but surely, Jin began to find his footing again. He still had moments of overwhelming sadness and despair, but he was learning to acknowledge and process those emotions, rather than trying to bury them.

One evening, as the sun was setting over the sprawling estate, Yn found Jin sitting alone on a secluded balcony, his gaze fixed on the horizon.

"Hey," she said softly, her presence announcing itself before she took a seat beside him.

Jin turned to her, a small, grateful smile tugging at the corners of his lips. "Hey, Yn. I... I wanted to thank you, for everything you've done for me. I don't know what I'd do without you."

Yn reached out and squeezed his hand, her expression filled with warmth and understanding. "Jin, you don't have to thank me. I'm your friend, and I care about you. I'll always be here for you, no matter what."

Jin nodded, his grip tightening slightly. "I know, and that means more to me than you'll ever know. I just... I feel like I'm finally starting to see a glimmer of hope, you know? It's been a long, hard road, but I think I'm ready to start putting the pieces of my life back together."

Yn felt a surge of pride and relief at his words, and she couldn't help but smile. "That's wonderful to hear, Jin. I'm so proud of you for taking that first step."

Jin's expression turned contemplative, his gaze drifting back towards the horizon. "You know, when Daisy and I first started dating, I thought we had it all – the perfect relationship, the perfect future. And when she betrayed me like that, it... it shattered everything I thought I knew."

Yn listened intently, her hand squeezing his in a silent show of support.

"But now, I realize that the future I had envisioned wasn't as perfect as I thought. It was built on a foundation of trust and love, and when that foundation crumbled, it left me feeling lost and adrift."

Jin turned to face Yn, his eyes shining with newfound clarity. "But I don't want to be lost anymore, Yn. I want to rebuild, to create a future that's truly my own, one that's not defined by what I thought I should have, but by what I truly want."

Yn felt a swell of pride and affection for her dear friend, and she reached out to pull him into a warm embrace. "Jin, that's the most amazing thing I've ever heard you say. I'm so proud of you, and I can't wait to see what the future has in store for you."

Jin clung to her, his body no longer trembling with the weight of his grief, but with a renewed sense of purpose and determination. "Thank you, Yn. For everything. I couldn't have gotten through this without you."

Yn smiled, her own heart overflowing with love and gratitude for her friend. "You don't have to thank me, Jin. I'll always be here, no matter what. We're in this together, for the long haul."

As the sun dipped below the horizon, casting the balcony in a warm, golden glow, Jin and Yn sat there, drawing strength from each other's presence. They knew that the road ahead would not be easy, but with the love and support of their family and friends, they were ready to face whatever challenges came their way.

In the days that followed, Jin's recovery continued to progress, and he began to embrace the prospect of a future that was entirely his own. He threw himself into his work, finding solace and purpose in the projects he had once been so passionate about.

Yn watched with a sense of pride and relief as Jin slowly but surely regained his footing, his eyes regaining their familiar spark and his smile becoming more genuine with each passing day.

One evening, as the group gathered in the Kim family's sprawling living room, Yn approached Jin, a sad expression on her face.

"Jin, can I talk to you for a minute?" she asked, her voice laced with a hint of hesitation.

Jin turned to her, his brow furrowing with concern. "Of course, Yn. What is it?"

They slipped out onto a quiet balcony, the cool night air providing a refreshing respite from the warmth and laughter inside.

Yn took a deep breath, her gaze meeting Jin's. "Jin, I... I've to go back to daegu. There's a big project coming up, and I need to take it."

Jin's eyes widened, a flicker of disappointment crossing his features. "Oh, I... I see."

Yn reached out and squeezed his hand, her expression filled with empathy. "I know this is sudden, and I'm going to miss you all so much. But this is an important step for me, and I feel like I need to do this."

Jin nodded, forcing a small smile. "I understand, Yn. I'm happy for you, really. Congratulations bestie.
."

Yn could see the sadness behind his words, and her heart ached for him. "Jin, you know you can always come visit me, right? And I'll come back as often as I can. You're not getting rid of me that easily."

Jin chuckled, the sound a little watery. "I know, Yn. I just... I'm going to miss having you around, that's all."

Yn pulled him into a tight hug, holding him close. "I'm going to miss you too, Jin. But this isn't goodbye, okay? We're in this together, for the long haul, remember?"

Jin clung to her, his grip tightening ever so slightly. "I know, Yn. I just... I don't know what I'd do without you."

Yn ran a soothing hand through his hair, her voice soft and reassuring. "You're going to be just fine, Jin. You've come so far, and you're so strong. I believe in you, and I know you're going to keep moving forward, no matter what."

They stood there for a few more moments, drawing strength from each other's presence. Finally, Yn pulled back, offering Jin a warm smile.
