Taehyung Has A Girlfriend

Jungkook and Taehyung stood outside after school waiting for their dad, who happens to be late already "are you sure he is back?" Asked Jungkook who seemed tired of standing "we should have joined Jimin."

"He told me he is back and if you doubt me, you can call him too. I think he is been delayed somewhere" Taehyung answered.

Jungkook sighed while he looked ahead again, hoping their dad would just show up. he looked at Taehyung who seems to be occupied with his phone again "I'm not stopping you."

Taehyung looked at him with his brows furrowed together "what are you talking about?"

Jungkook bit his lips and sighed again, he is already taking a very hard decision, why is he making it harder? "If you want Jennie to be your girlfriend, you are free too" he licked his lips "it won't be bad if you have a girlfriend at least, I get to be one to console you when you get hurt."

Taehyung laughed at his words "so you are not asking me to get a girlfriend because I need one, but that I should so that I will get hurt for you to console me, Am I right?"

"Why are you making it sound like a big deal? Who was the one that told me this morning that I know his room when Bogum hurts me? I'm mainly returning the favor."

"You know, I really don't..." He was saying when a black Toyota pulled over in front of them. The window was lowered to reveal a fine man with a dark brown hair and light brown eyes.

"Hey kids, sorry I'm late" Jeon Hojun said as he smiled to them. Taehyung got in the passenger's seat and Jungkook in the back.

"Didn't come back early?" Asked Taehyung.

"I did, but you know, I had to stop at the workshop to check on things. Your mom left this morning right?"

"Yea. Said she couldn't wait for you since her flight was in the morning" Taehyung replied.

"I travel once and she can't wait for me to come back where as she travels all the time" He shook his head before looking at Jungkook through the rear mirror "He is awfully quiet" He said to Taehyung before looking at Jungkook again through the mirror "you okay baby Koo?"

Jungkook looked up to see him looking at him through the mirror, there is a loving smile playing on his lips "mm hmm."

"You didn't asks me what I got for you. You are not interested or aren't you happy to see me?" Hojun asked.

Jungkook sighed, how can he tell him that he is affected because he fears that his brother is going to have a girlfriend soon and he wonders where that will leave him.

"I'm happy you are back dad, I didn't want Taehyung and I to be alone."

Taehyung turned to look at him after his comment "why? You think I can't protect you enough?"

"It's not about protection. It's about having one of our parents at home." so that I won't do anything stupid, he almost added but had to stop himself in time.

"But still..." Taehyung wanted to argue, he didn't like it that he would choose their dad over him.

"Easy Taehyung, he is right. he is not saying that you can't protect him but that a parent need to be at home. So how was it with your mom alone yesterday?"

"Cool. She even let Jungkook go to a party with me last night."

"That's good. Good to know she let you guys have some free time" Hojun said and looked at Jungkook who was lost in thought again. He glanced at his son "any new boyfriend?"

Taehyung sighed at that and remembering who he chose this time, he couldn't help but get angry. Not like him being with the other guys don't hurt him but this one is the worst "of course, and he chose the worst of all."
