Jungkook opened his eyes in the morning to take in the unfamiliar surrounding, resting on the chair was Taehyung, he sighed when he saw Taehyung and then event of last night came rushing in, his eyes stung as he remembered how he had just laid there and allowed Eunwoo to undress him without even raising a finger. he had thought it was the end but only to be talked into going for a r*pe kit when he arrived at the hospital, he remembered how sacred he was and if it wasn't for Taehyung telling him everything will alright and he will be around if he should need him, he would have never agreed to it.

Jungkook heaved out a sigh, he is glad that it's finally over "Tae" he called and Taehyung moved, his eyelids fluttered open slowly before snapping open when he noticed that Jungkook was awake, he was beside him in the bed in a flash.

"How are you feeling? Are you okay? Are you feeling pain anywhere?" He threw questions after questions at him.

Jungkook smiled and grabbed his hand "I'm okay, I wasn't really hurt anywhere."

"Says who? Do you know what state you were in last night? Do you know how scared I was? I keep on asking myself what I'm going to do if anything happens to you and what I'm going to tell mom and dad." He snapped.

Jungkook flinched at the tone of his voice "but I'm okay now."

"Okay?" Taehyung snapped again "why did you leave my side Jeon Ian Jungkook? Why did you leave without telling me?" He shouted. All the pent up anger and helplessness came out right this time.

Jungkook cowered at his voice tone, he can still remember the last time he spoke to him in that voice, that was three years ago, at Lisa's party when he had asked Bogum to be his boyfriend, ever since then, he had never shouted at him and the past two days, he had been so loving and romantic 

"I'm sorry, you were so engrossed in your game and I didn't want to trouble you. All I wanted to do was grab a drink and return back to your side, I didn't know Eunwoo will be the one there neither did I know he will drug me. I'm sorry."

Taehyung looked at his pitiful state and questioned himself what he was doing? he just passed through the most traumatic moment in his life and here he is shouting at him? Taehyung bent and hugged him on the bed 

"I'm sorry Jungkook, I shouldn't have raised my voice, I'm sorry. I was so scared, I can't stop imagining what would have happened if he had touched you, the thought kept me awake most of the night, I'm so sorry."

Jungkook sobbed in his arms and Taehyung released him to wipe away his tears, Taehyung smiled to him 

"it's okay now, you are safe and I'm never letting you out of my sight again."

Jungkook looked at him then with his tear filled eyes "does that mean you won't be leaving for school anymore?" Jungkook inquired with hope in his eyes.

Taehyung thought on what he just said and laughed at his question "it's not like that, I have to go back to school to finish my education."

Jungkook had to roll his eyes despite the tears and Taehyung gave a light chuckle before caressing his face "I will be back for you, that's a promise" Taehyung sighed and looked at the door "I was forced to call mom, she is on her way now, that's if she hasn't arrived already."

Jungkook looked at him "really?"

"Yea, she called me when she was getting into plane. she should be here soon and the cops have been outside since this morning. They asked me some questions and I answered. They said they found a card of rohypnol in his pocket" he looked at him

"it appeared your drink was spiked and judging by the amount he had, he was not planning to do it only to you."

"You mean another person would have been roofied after me if he hadn't been caught?" Jungkook asked baffled.
