Chapter 24: The Sound Hashira: Tengen Uzui

Third P.O.V

It has been four days (Idk how many days it was in the anime) since the encounter of Upper moon 3 (Y/N), Kyojuro, Tanjiro, Zenitsu, and Inosuke have been staying in the Butterfly estate to recover after the battle. Kyojuro and Tanjiro along with his friends are recovering as well but still need a few days while (Y/N) has been fully recovered and Shinobu told her that she is good to take any mission, but (Y/N) was still feeling a bit gloomy after the battle, she is still feeling guilty that she arrived late at the battle and she think that it was her fault that Kyojuro lost his left eye. Shinobu talked to her and reassured her that it wasn't her fault and she told (Y/N) that Kyojuro is doing fine and because of her Kyojuro is alive and well. Shinobu's words made (Y/N) mode lighten up and was grateful for words of encouragement.

"Thank you Shinobu-san, your words made me feel a bit better. And your right I should be happy that I stopped Upper moon 3 from killing Kyojuro-san on time."

"You are very welcome (Y/N)-sama, now you must change and go to the Oyakata-sama at once." Shinobu said and (Y/N) just nodded.

~Time Skip~

Two days have passed and (Y/N) is on her way to the butterfly estate to visit Kyojuro along with Tanjiro and his friends. When she finally arrived at the estate she saw Kyojuro and Tanijro leaving the estate, so (Y/N) went to them.

"Kyojuro-san, Tanjiro-kun where are you two going? You still need to rest especially you, Tanjiro-kun your wound on your stomach still hasn't healed enough." (Y/N) said with worry.

"(Y/N)-sama, me and Kamado-kun are alright I will just take him to my parents' home and show him some of memorandum that my father read during his time as a demon slayer. It might help Kamado-kun know about Hinokami KaguraI" Kyohuro said

"I'm going with you two." (Y/N) said

"(Y/N)-san it's alright we can just go-" Tanjiro said but was cut off

"No, you two are still unwell to be moving around I will accompany you two and make sure that you are fine" (Y/N) said and both of them just nodded then the three started heading to the Rengoku Residence.

When they arrived at the Residence, they saw Kyojuro's younger brother sweeping the outside of their house. The three of them went to him and Kyojuro greeted his brother.

"Brother, what are you doing here? You should still be resting." Kyojuro's younger brother said with worry.

"I'm fine now Senjoru, I will return back to the butterfly estate along with Kamado-kun. I'm just here because I will show the memorandum to Kamado-kun to see if there is anything written they're about Hinokami Kagura." Kyojuro said

"Stop it!"

"Whatever your words are saying right now Kyojuro are worthless. You became a swordsman despite having no talent. That's why you lost your left eye. Worthless! You are just foolish Kyojuro!"Shinjuro, Kyojuro and Senjuro's father said.

"People's abilities are determined from the moment they're born. Only a handful have talent, the rest are just rabble. They are just inconsequential rubbish. You are one of them Kyojuro, you had no great talent. That's why you lost you eye." He said

Kyojuro was looking at the ground and tears started forming in his eye. His father's words hurt him very much. Senjoru also has tears in his eyes because he felt bad for his older brother.

Tanjiro was about the step in but (Y/N) beat him to it.

"Now hang on for moment. That's a terrible thing to say, how can a father say horrible words to his own son. Please, don't talk to Kyojuro like he is just trash." (Y/N) said with a cold voice.
