You’ve been cleaning the castle for a few hours before heading to the dining room to serve the ladies' dinner, sadly though Alcina was not there because something had come up and she needed to leave due to a meeting.

The three girls came buzzing into the room and sat down at the table while Ingrid did a head count of all the maidens.

“Alright, you- go get the lady's food from the kitchen,” Ingrid stated pointing at that one cowardly maid who was involved in the conflict between Daniela and Cassandra.

She sighed, seeming terrified, she quickly went to grab the plates and came back placing down the plates of food in front of the girls. When she set down Cassandra’s plate she was about to rush off when Cass grabbed her by the hair.

She made a squeaking sound as Cassandra forced her to face her. “You’re the one maid that got me in trouble,” she growled.

“I-im sorry Miss… p-please let me go,” she begged.

“No. What's your name?” Cassandra seethed.

“M-my name is V-Velvet..” she said nervously.

Cassandra chuckled and pushed her onto the ground then stood up, the maiden looked as if she were about to faint on the spot, and she started scooting away from Cassandra.

Cass pulled out her sickle and held a mischievous smile on her lips, she raised it in the air about to strike Velvet, but suddenly someone grabbed her wrist stopping her. She looked at the person seething at them, it was you.

“Cassandra,” you said her name firmly glaring at her, everyone in the room was shocked except for the daughters of the countess, all the maidens thought you were about to die on the spot.

“UGH! You're so annoying Y/n!” she huffed putting her sickle away, you then let go of her arm.

“You know your mother would not like it if you killed her… and I would also be upset since I would be the one that would have to clean it up,” you stated.

Cassandra grumbled to herself pouting before sitting back down. You turned to the maiden and she bowed to you.

“T-thank you,” she muttered softly before rushing back into the kitchen.

Ingrid stood there her jaw dropped, as she stared at you. You rolled your eyes and went back to your designated spot until dinner was over.

You were walking through the halls doing a check to make sure that there were no intruders when Daniela and Cassandra appeared in front of you.

Daniela looked excited while Cassandra looked embarrassed.

“Y/n can you do something for us?” Dainela asked.

“Dani, this is stupid… she won't do it anyways…” Cassandra stated meekly.

You looked at them, seeming confused, “what is it?” you asked.

“Can you read us a book?” Daniela asked with puppy dog eyes.

Cassandra cringed and looked away even more embarrassed now.

“I mean, I could but why?” you raised an eyebrow.

“Because Mother is not here to read to us,” Dani stated simply.

“Alright then let's go to the library,” you said leading the way.

When you arrived Cassandra picked out a book and shoved it into your hands, you gave her a look and she rolled her eyes at you.

You sat down in the middle of a couch, Cassandra and Daniela sitting on opposite sides of you.

Daniela leaned close to you to look at the book but Cassandra did the opposite.

You started reading the book and as time passed they both started falling asleep both of them resting their heads against your shoulders.

‘Dammit, not this again…’ you sighed and closed the book.

You looked up as the doors of the library opened, the countess bent through the doors holding onto the tip of her hat so that it wouldn't fall off.

She then stood to her full height and when her eyes landed on you her gaze softened.

“They didn't cause you too much trouble did they?” she asked, you shook your head.

“No they didn't,” you stated.

“Good, I'll carry them to their room, you can go…” she said. You stood up making sure you wouldn't wake them. “Oh, and dear, I need to talk to you tomorrow about something important.”

You nodded and left the library heading to your room, as you lay in bed you sighed wishing you could spend the night with Alcina… you dozed off.

You woke up but you weren't in the same place you went to sleep, the place you were in was run down, suddenly you heard crying and turned around to see the back of a man's head.

In front of that man was a woman in a bird mask you immediately recognized that woman to be Mother Miranda, and she was holding a baby.

You looked at the man again and realized he was holding a gun, then a loud shot rang out, then nothing it was pitch black.

You woke up in a cold sweat, what was that dream about? You got up and started getting ready, putting on your outfit and doing your hair as normal.

Suddenly a knock on your door, you opened it to see Velvet. “L-Lady Dimitrescu wishes to see you in her room…” she stated softly.

You nodded and she walked away. You left your room and started to head to her room. Forgetting to knock you entered the room and your face grew hot.

The countess was completely naked and she was looking at you, a smirk playing on her lips.

You quickly back up and close the door waiting outside the room, a few minutes pass.

“Dear, you can enter now~” the countess’s voice rang out.

You entered the room with a blush still on your face… this time Acina was dressed and she was sitting on the edge of her bed.

“You know dear, you could’ve stayed and watched~ not that I would’ve minded~” she teased you.

“I-.. I- whatever! Y-you needed to talk to me?” you stammered.

Alcina chuckled before becoming serious. “Yes… Mother Miranda is coming over this afternoon… I need you to make sure Ingrid has everything prepared… you will be in the room while we talk, I have no doubts you will be on your best behavior.” she stated.

“Yes Lady Alcina,” you said.

“Good.. and best behavior means to treat her as if she were your boss, do not treat her like Heisenberg no matter how insufferable she gets,” she demanded, you nodded. “Now, go ahead and start with your duties, and go tell Ingrid about our guest,” she stated.

“Of course, I'll see to it,” you said leaving the room. You couldn't lie to yourself you were a bit nervous about this, you could tell Alcina was nervous about it as well…
