'I hope beautiful things happen to you, and when they do, I hope you can believe yhat ypu are worthy of every single one of them'

"Who are we meeting?". Halima asked her brother curiously looking outside the window of his car.

"Someone, and keep your mouth shut".

"Is it your girlfriend?". She pressed but he decided to ignore her, soon enough halima saw a lady walking towards their car.

"It is your girlfriend afterall".

"She isn't and please don't make her uncomfortable". Hisham pleaded looking at his sister through the rearview.

"Fine". She relaxed back into her sit, realising that it was because of this lady her brother asked her to sit at the back. She had thought it was a male friend, so she didn't mind sitting at the back.

"So, that's why you made me sit here". She found it hard to keep it to herself.

"Why didn't you just take anty's car, you are disturbing me". He said and got down to greet the lady. Halima observed the interaction and realised her very quiet, collected and introverted brother seemed different with this lady— whoever she is.

They both joined her in the car and the fair lady— a shade lighter than hameeda turned slightly to look at her.

"Hey". The lady greeted her and halima wondered if she should greet her casually or respectfully, but considering the fact that she was probably the same age as Hisham or younger, she 'heyed' her back.

"You must be halima". The lady commented with a smile.

"Someone has been telling you about me". Halima looked at her brother accusingly.

"Yes, I have heard a lot about you. How are you". Halima figured she was probably older than her, she spoke maturely.

"It has not been the same for me, but I am well and I hope you have heard good things about me".

"I have, I am Amina". Halima nodded and sat back in her seat, Amina turned back to Hisham who had been driving and listening on their introduction. Halima watched them converse and knew they were a couple regardless of what her brother told her, though maybe they had not confessed their feelings for one another, yet.

They dropped halima at Rahma's restaurant and went on their way, halima guessed Hisham was not ready for Rahma to meet his situationship yet as he didn't bother to come down and greet their sister

"Ya Rahma, I swear to Allah, marriage with ya D suits you". Halima commented at her sister glared at her.

"Don't say that, nothing has changed about me". Rahma reprimanded hiding a smile, hafsah had said the same, hameeda too.

"Fine, don't hear it. I feel like everyone is coupling up and I'll be alone at home with Hammad and our parents".

"Why?, is Hisham seeing someone?".

"Not exactly, but I think he likes someone, I'll squeeze it out of him later".

"Don't pressure him".

"Okay". Rahma knew she still would.

"Let me know if you find anything". Halima smirked, looking determined to do so.

"So, how does it feel to graduate?".

"It feels awesome, boring but at I don't have to wake up early all in the name of acquiring knowledge".

"You're serving immediately after your graduation, so hopefully you'll get a job quickly".
