Master, do you want me to answer the door?

Elijah was sitting in the same chair

"No."

"When she leaves just get the basket Rose, and bring it to me."

Rose watched through the blinds as she watched the human go back to her car and get in and drive away. She then left and opened the door and saw the basket that was on the step that Neryssa had left. She saw that it was well-decorated and she picked it up. It was heavy but she had no problem lifting it or carrying it as it was not all that bad. Rose wondered, why a human girl, such as Neryssa would leave a beautiful gift to someone like her master Elijah? Rose feared him, just like Trevor. But he was more frightened of Elijah than Rose, she held her fear in and showed strength and bravery. She knew what Elijah was capable of and what he could do, with just the snap of his fingers and the swift movement and tug of his handkerchief. Elijah was dangerous, she knew that. And he was merciless. Rose brought the basket to Elijah as she walked to him with it carrying the handle and then bringing it in her arms as Elijah sat in the dark with the blinds close that had light coming in.

Elijah raised his head as he saw Rose come with the basket in her arms

"I have the basket, Elijah."

Elijah saw the basket at first he was not pleased with it, but saw how big it was and how Rose held it in her arms

"Bring it here, come," Elijah said in eagerness as Rose carried it walking, in her boots to give it him as came towards him. She gave it to Elijah who took it and he placed it on his lap, as he stared at the basket. He saw a bow on it and it stuffed, but most of all he sat there staring at it and seeing the wine as he took it out, and Rose raised her eyebrows as he too looked at her smiling and he smelled the wonderful smell of Neryssa's home cooked food prepared just for him. Elijah immediately dove in and picked up the food that was neatly organized in food containers. There were sunflowers inside, fruits, and she had so many things in the basket that the more Elijah saw how she had organized and decorated the basket and put her heart and hard work in it, the more he enjoyed going in it and taking out, and tasting the sandwiches, the delicious sweet taste of mayo, cheese, and mustard, with pickles stuffed with meat. Elijah closed his eyes, as he at the sandwich. But, he focused more so, at really, on the food that Neryssa had cooked. Rose watched Elijah eating and enjoying, as he took at his handkerchief and wiped his mouth and saw juice in there, he took it between his fingers and hands, and he started to uncap it, as he drank it slowly, washing the food down and enjoying the grape flavor taste. As soon as Elijah was done. He looked forward, with his eyes.

"Rose."

"Yes." She asked wondering what he might so, but more so do as she stared at him in fear but calmness

"This is simply delicious and delightful. Just overly and enjoyably scrumptious."

Elijah said dabbing his mouth

"Hmmmm." He said and Rose raised her eyebrows and looked at him not believing what he just said. Elijah put the contents and the sandwich back in place and holding the basket he got up and up it on the chair and said  "Rose, we will need to reinvent this house, to the most absolute perfection."

She nodded "Yes."

As Elijah walked Rose stood there and listened and followed him

"We will need lots of great furnishings, we will need interior decorators, gardeners. Rose I will need everything put in place at once, and immediately, I want you to start right away."

Elijah stopped as she looked at him. "The human, the girl. Rose, I want you to find out more information about her. Where she lives, what her interests are, her family, and I want you, personally to send her a gift of a thank you, in return. I want you to deliver it to her, and let her know that I so am grateful for the gift and would like to see her again."

"Do you understand Rose?"

"Yes, Elijah."

"I am trusting you to get this house and everything in it in order, I can't have her or any of my guests coming here and seeing this.....hideous and plain featured, unprepossessing, disagreeable, displeasing, awful sight. And, Rose, I want a piano, the best and most expensive one that you can find."

"I will leave everything to you Rose, don't disappoint me."

Rose stood there looking at Elijah as he walked away in shock that he was happy and in a pleasant mood.
