"It does not do well to dwell on dreams and forget to live."

The 2nd test was a grip test. ‘Though I know bloody well that I’m not cut out for physical activities, I will force myself to endure such matters and just hope for the best.' Everyone began to excitedly follow our adviser into the gymnasium, gathering around in front of the stage, almost running in fact due to their eagerness had it not been for Aizawa-sensei, who silently but deadly scolded and warned them through his piercing glare.

It was more specifically targeted at Mina-chan, a red spiky-haired boy, an electric yellow-haired boy, and a black-haired boy, whose hair was slicked back the same way the Malfoy family does their signature hair look. I was both amused and saddened at the sight, they were having such a blast until our prof- sensei. Sorry, it’s a habit, he dreadfully had to ruin their fun. ‘Such a kill joy…’

What a shame. And it looked so much fun that I was tempted to join it despite not knowing them or having any connections to them aside from the pink-skinned girl, of course. It was quite annoying to just watch from the sidelines, you know. Sometimes a girl just wanna have fun, that's all so why would it be wrong or rude if I inserted myself, I mean what harm could it even bring? Plus who would throw away a potential connection that could help me get through this human realm?

Since I was too hyper-focused on my thoughts, I hadn’t realized that I was falling behind the class and most of everyone had left. I quickly jogged to make sure I didn’t stray from the group and then I followed behind the first person I saw. Who just so happened to be the tall male with red and white hair, since I had nowhere else to go and I didn’t like the idea of being alone, for now. I tried to make some small talk, which ultimately failed, ‘This guy’s tough to break, how interesting and challenging. I think I’m starting to really like that.’ Seems that he wasn’t really into talking that much since his answers to my questions are usually short and vague.

An awkward tension between us grew and it wasn’t a good sign. My next moves would probably decide the outcome of the relationship we’ll have throughout U.A., ‘I think it’s best if I don’t talk to him for now. If I do, he'll just get annoyed.’ Quickly shutting up my mouth, I could see how he physically relaxed his muscles as though our small talk was straining in a way that affected his muscles.

Honestly, I’d say he’s such a drama queen, it was his brain hurting, not his muscles. If he doesn’t want to talk then say it upfront and don’t be such a wuss about it, but also don’t be rude just be modest if that even made sense. ‘I bet he really has either mommy or daddy issue or maybe even both, who knows? It’s pretty common in the type of person he is. Either that or he’s an emo.’

Sighing at my thoughts, I decided to push them away by shaking my head and instead looked up to get a good look at the gymnasium. It was spacious for sure and modern, something I wasn’t quite used to just yet. It honestly, looked brand new from how much of a good condition it was in, it looked like it wasn’t as though it had been used by the past different generations before us.
