Chapter 32: A Warm Welcome Home

Doctor Namjoon's smile was reassuring as he checked Taehyung's vitals. "You're good to go, Taehyung. You're officially discharged."

Taehyung's face lit up with joy as Jungkook helped him out of the hospital bed. They finally returned home, surrounded by their loving family and friends.

As they entered their home, a big welcome surprise awaited Taehyung. Everyone was present, including Jungkook's parents, Taehyung's parents, Jin, Jimin, Suzy, Rowoon, Moonbyul, and Solar. The room was filled with warm smiles and open arms.

Taehyung was overwhelmed with joy, feeling grateful for the love and support surrounding him. The evening was filled with laughter and funny moments as they spent time together, sharing stories and jokes.

After dinner, Jin cleared his throat, a mischievous glint in his eye. "I have an announcement to make."

Taehyung and Jungkook exchanged a confused glance. "What is it, Jin hyung?" Taehyung asked, curiosity piqued.

Jin grinned. "Suzy and I are officially a couple now!"

The room erupted in cheers and applause, but Taehyung's jaw dropped in shock. "Suzy? My Suzy?" He turned to his best friend, eyes wide with surprise.

Suzy laughed, her face flushing. "Sorry, Taehyung. I didn't mean to keep it from you."

Taehyung's expression softened, and he teasingly said, "Suzy, you owe me an explanation!" Everyone laughed, and Taehyung happily accepted the new couple.

Jungkook squeezed Taehyung's hand, his eyes locked on his husband's. "My baby, I missed you so much. I'll show you how much I missed you tonight..." He whispered, his voice husky with emotion.

Taehyung's heart skipped a beat, his love for Jungkook overflowing. He knew that their bond was unbreakable, and he was grateful for a second chance at life - with Jungkook by his side.

As the night wore on, the celebration continued with laughter, stories, and tears of joy. Taehyung was surrounded by the people he loved most, and he felt grateful to be alive.

Jin and Suzy's announcement was met with enthusiasm and support, and the two lovebirds were showered with congratulations and well-wishes.

As the evening drew to a close, Jungkook pulled Taehyung aside, his eyes shining with adoration. "My baby, I'm so glad you're home safe. I promise to never let you out of my sight again."

Taehyung's heart melted at Jungkook's words, and he leaned in for a tender kiss. "I love you, Kookie. I'm home to stay."

The warm ambiance of the celebration was suddenly disrupted by Yoongi's phone call. Jungkook's expression turned serious as he excused himself from the family gathering to answer the call.

"What is it, hyung? Any news?" Jungkook asked, his voice low and urgent.

Yoongi's tone was grave. "Yes, Kook. We found out who tried to kill Taehyung."

Jungkook's eyes darkened, his fist tightening. "Who is it, hyung?"

Yoongi's response was swift. "It's Minhyun, Kook. He's the one who tried to kill Tae."

Jungkook's voice dropped to a menacing whisper. "Tomorrow, I want him in my torture chamber. Make it quick, hyung."

The call ended, and Jungkook's expression transformed back to a warm smile as he sat next to Taehyung and kissed his forehead.

Taehyung looked at him with concern. "What happened, Kookie?"

Jungkook's reply was reassuring. "Nothing, love. Just a work issue. Don't worry."
