As the days turned into months, Taehyung's pregnancy progressed to the 5th month. His mood swings became more frequent and intense, leaving Jungkook bewildered and concerned. One moment Taehyung would be radiant with joy, and the next, he'd be furious over something trivial.
"Kookie, I need pickles and ice cream...now! And don't even think about getting the wrong type of pickles!" Taehyung demanded, his eyes flashing with a fierce intensity.
Jungkook rushed to fulfill the bizarre craving, his mind racing with the strange combinations Taehyung desired. Jimin, who witnessed the scene, shook his head in disbelief.
"Tae bear, what's with the weird food combos? It's like you're trying to poison yourself! Pickles and ice cream? That's disgusting!" Jimin exclaimed, holding his stomach in mock horror.
Taehyung shot him a withering glance. "Hey, this baby wants what it wants, okay? And don't judge me, chim!"
Jungkook intervened, his voice soothing. "Hey, hey, let's not fight. I'll get the pickles and ice cream, and we'll enjoy them together, okay?"
Taehyung's face softened, and he smiled sweetly at Jungkook. "Thanks, Kookie. You're the best."
At the monthly check-up, the doctor revealed the baby's tiny movements on the scan, and Taehyung beamed with joy. Jungkook, however, burst into tears, overwhelmed with emotion.
