Forbidden Love “Love Wins”

Even if it's against the law, prohibited and restricted, love will always win.

The most forbidden love in every love stories, in every romantic tropes and destined soulmates are religion. It's religion against everything.

I am Sharia, and he's Jayson and this is our forbidden love story.

We're not just soulmates but we're enemies before that turns out to be best friends and now low-key lovers.

We first met in the University, at the acacia shed. I was fell in love first and then later on he fell harder.

He courted me and I gave my sweetest yes. I'm not that hard to get and even easy to get but my heart chose him. God gave him to me.

I am Muslim and he's Christian. It's against our faith and religion to be with someone who's not same as our beliefs.

It's never that easy to fight for love if our bloodlines definitely the hindrance. It's forbidden to love a Christian especially I am an Ustadz's daughter.

It was written in my prophecy that I should marry a Muslim man but honestly I can't. I can't love someone who isn't on my standards at all.

Even if against our faith, I would never marry unless siya. Siya lang. Gusto ko siya lang.

Mahirap pakisamahan ang family ko especially when it talks about businesses and preserving our family's heritage.

“I am willing to convert, Sha.”

“If it's for the betterment of our love, I'm willing to wait, to change myself for you.”

“Magiging karapat-dapat ako para sa'yo, para matanggap ako ng pamilya mo.”

“I accept their rejections but I won't give up, I'll fight for our relationship until death.”

Those words and promises I always kept in my heart. I'll fight for our love. Palagi kong pinagdadasal kay God na sana, sana kami pa rin.

Because I believed in the saying that two hearts whom destined for each other, no matter how hardships and trials they may face, if they're really meant to each other, love is the most powerful weapon.

And I was forced to enter an arranged marriage. It hurts me. But I prefer to open up my objections. I won't marry the man they liked for me.

I have the right to choose whom I want to marry since I'm not a minor anymore. I have the freedom of choice, and I chose Jayson. Sana maging supportive na lang sila.

It's really a tragic love story of us in which the most worst enemy of your love story is your family whose against and will against but I always pray to God that sana, sana matanggap nila si Jayson.

Religion doesn't matter naman e as long as you love each other. Love conquers all and it's unconditional.

I honestly never going to lie about our undeniable chemistry and spark when we met. He respects me a lot. He never touched me and I was never beem touched.

He have the principle and one of the top tier he always has is being sincere with his love for me.

Yes, even he's a Christian, he still believes in my God, follow rules and regulations of us Muslims.

Hahamunin niya ang lahat para lang sa'kin, para sa'min and I'm very thankful for that.

Afterwards, my family slowly accepted the fact, accepted Jayson to be my husband. It's the best gift I ever had from God and very thankful for it. I'm the luckiest girl.

Umakyat siya ng ligaw kagaya ng pamamaraan namin. Niligawan niya ang parents ko ng may buong puso.

Kinuha niya ang kamay ni Ama, and yes I'm happy to announce that Ama accepted him wholeheartedly.

It may be a bittersweet trials of us that almost led us to set parts away but it still ended up with a joyful ending which two lovers always the endgame.

Even if it's forbidden, I'm willing to take risk than to lose him in my life. He's everything to me and I'll do everything to make this love ends with a happy ever after.

Fantasy doesn't always exists, but I can assure that love is at all costs. Love will never dies in our hearts, it always stays.

And now we're married. I finally marry my man, the man of my dreams. I wasn't expecting that after all the trials, finally and I can proudly say that this is what I'm always praying for.

Let's fight for love no matter what. It's okay to lose the game at first but it doesn't mean you should give up.

Yes, it may be forbidden but when you trust the destiny, it's all worth it.

Having someone you always have for the rest of your life is such a blessing from above.

It may be forbidden but when it isn't harm and cause you pain then there's nothing to worry about, it's worth to fight for.

In every battles of life, love wins.
