Chapter 29 - Nevertheless

After few days
May calls David and asks him to visit her favourite place.
"Come to my place we'll go by my car" said May
"Fine" David replied
At May's place both seated themselves and then then after about half an hour they stopped by their way.
"What?? Is your car broked?" David asked
"Nahh we reached" May replied
David saw from May's side through the window and the place was none other than their school
"School??? Your favourite place?" David asked
"Yes!! The only place where i was happy back then" said May opening her seatbelt and getting out of the car
"Will they allow us?" David asked
"Don't worry i'm a chief guest today" May replied
The moment she said that one of their old teachers came to receive them.
And he was stunned seeing a girl dressed all sassy with black glasses and high heels ofcourse
Then he accompanied them towards the hall where the presentation was to be held
"Are you prepared" David whispered in May's ear
"Nahh, just wait and watch" said May
"Well excuse me sir you go in i'll be back...." said May
The teacher nodded and left
"You can also go in,,i'll be back" said May to David
"Fine take care...You seem weird though today" said David entering the hall
May turned back and walked upstairs towards their classroom. It was all empty but was filled with memories.

May was seeing her and Ryan in that empty classroom
When both of them were strucked together,how he used to pamper her when she was angry,when they were studying together, the day of his proposal everything.

"It feels like i'm living those moments again" said May with tears in her eyes....
"I came here because i missed you,,now that i have felt your existence theirs no point of staying more here" said May wipping off her tears.

She then went back towards the hall..

*Entered*

The students stood up giving up a round of applause

One of the teachers whispered that "The Principal is busy so he wouldn't be able to come"
May nodded
She then took the mike and said
"Hello children how are y'all??"
"We're good what about you?" The students replied
"I'm good too,,thankiiew" said May
"Well as y'all know that i'm also a pass out student of this high school,,,,So i'll not give a kind of boring lecture instead let us share our feelings" said May
"The students shouted yes"
"Well you know this school is damn good..!!! Especially the Principal i remember how he used to taunt and scare our class to score high percentage for his profit.
When even that wasn't enough he gave us extra homework and took our extra classes...I remember how our teachers used to cursed him in front of us"

"But i still didn't understood why the didn't had the courage to slap his face"

The whole staff was stunned by the speech. But the students were enjoying it. Even one of the teacher said May to stop but she couldn't holded that in
"I'm sorry sir I can't hold more. It's my New year resolution to speak truth this year. If you have lack of students after this session then i'm so sorry"
(The students were laughing like hell)
(Including David)

"Also the teachers here are really trustworthy. When they came to knew about someone's relationship they just lectured the whole class saying not to expose names. But after that calling them after the lecture in front of the whole class was considered normal. Really normal!!!!"

*The teachers were ashamed*

"Well soo Students i can't expose more due to shortage of time but next time i'll make sure to cancel all my appointments and come" said May

"YESSSSSSSSS MAMMMMMM THE CHILDREN SHOUTED"
"WE'LLLLLLL BE WAITING FOR YOU" said the children happily
"This will be your first and last session ever" said May seeing off the children and moving out of the hall"

"Heyy! Wait for me" David shouted from the back
"Voaaaaaa what a session Miss Blind
"When did you become such sassy" said David
"I was from the start,but i didn't showed from the start" said May
"Aahh i see" David replied
"So lemme drop you home,, we're done with our work now"  said May
"Ahh...sure" said David seating inside the car

"Well are you coming to the reunion? It's this week " David asked
"Maybe i don't know though...i'm busy" said May
"You should come you'll be seeing your old friends" said David
"I'll see May replied "

After some time she dropped him at his place.
And was driving towards her place
"Well i should go!!!"
"I'm not scared if anyone" said May turning her car harshly making an angle of  atleast 180° with a full speed.
Planning to reach somewhere in a rush.
