Chapter 21 - You and I

"You literally don't know why you're feeling that way?" said Richard
"No" Ryan answered
"Well,,then there's nothing i can do for you" said Richard and moved on.
When David and May were talking. Ryan interrupted them saying
"The teacher is calling you May"
"Okay lemme see" said May and moved ahead
David shouted from the back "See you soon Miss blind"
                        *May left*
"So why did you lied" David asked
"What do you mean" said Ryan
"You were here only from the start, so did you read teacher's mind?" said David
"Huh! Just stay away from her" said Ryan moving on
David (from the back said)
"I like her"
The moment he said that Ryan's feet stopped and anger took control all over him.
"So?? What?" said Ryan
"So.... it's just you stay away from her" David said that and moved ahead.
"Who the hell is he? To tell me what to do and what not to" Ryan said to himself.

                   (At Ryan's place)
"What's happening to me these days why i kept thinking about May" said Ryan to himself
*Calls Richard*
"Broooooo!!!! I think something is wrong with me...i kept thinking about May" said Ryan
"Welll.....at this case i can't help you though" said Richard
"Why???" said Ryan
"It's up to you now,,think about it elaborately" said Richard

*After a silence for about 2 minutes*
Richard clued Ryan by sayin
"Just think why someone kept thinking of someone while doing anything"
"It's nothing just..........you like them,you like their thoughts,their presence in your mind....it's only when...."

Ryan interrupts him in between sayin

"Brooo i think......I'm in love with her" said Ryan
"Ohhhhh thank godd!!!! I thought it'll take you this whole eternity to understand that" said Richard
"Well....What do i do now?" said Ryan
"Nothing just watch her marrying someone another in front of your eyes" said Richard
"Wtf?????" said Ryan angerly
"Brooooo take some control over your jealousy well just express her how you feel" said Richard
"But what if she doesn't??" said Ryan
"Atleast give it a try" said Richard
"Okay i'll" said Ryan

                 (At May's place)
*On call with Ulyssa*
"Should i just confess him??" said May
"Yes you should,, and if he rejects you just move on" said Ulyssa
"But i'm scared"said May
"Well just go on!! You can" said Ulyssa encouraging May.

The very next day..when David was hanging out with Steven in the corridor. The moment May entered their he said
"Duh? That strange girl had a crush on me,, isn't it funny?" said Steven laughing with his friends.
David fixes his sleeves in anger.
"Broo would you mind coming with me for a while" said David
" let's go" Steven replied
Both went to a vacant space. Then Steven asked
"Why are we here?"
"To teach you a lesson" said David punching his bare face with his veiny hands.
He rolled his hand under the his wrist, drove his arm over and back, and pulled him backward and down. And then slammed him onto the floor.

"Next time remember this before saying anything about her" said David rolling off his sleeves.
Meanwhile Steven was lying on the floor like a dead body.

Next day when both Ryan and May were at school. Ryan came towards May to confess her,,but out of blue David came all of a sudden and said

"May..well actually i like you the day we first met till now,, teasing you all the time looking for you wherever i go... thinking about you everytime, always feeling to be with you everytime...I even don't know when and how i fell this hard...and i also don't know how you'll react after hearing this..But lemme say this atleast...I Like you"
"Let's date" said May infront of Ryan
Who was standing like he wasn't believing his ears.
"Are you serious?" Ryan said
"Yes i am" said May
She then holded David's arm and moved towards the corridor.
On the other hand Ryan sat still on his desk the whole day watching both of them doing their stuff together. They both sat behind each other,were eating together and also talking and giggling.
"I know she'll say it's a prank we're not dating"said Ryan  he prayed and waited the whole day for May to said that. But she didn't.
"So it was true then!?? But why!!!!!and how!!!!??" Ryan mumbled to himself.
Finally it was time to go home
Ulyssa catched May hitted her and said
"Are you dumb? Yesterday you were talking about proposing Ryan and now you're with David do u have any idea what you just did" said Ulyssa angerly
"Yes!! I know what i did,,and it's for the best" said May
"Which best??? And best for whom?? You dating a guy who you don't love? Or Are you happy seeing Ryan so miserable" said Ulyssa

"I just want him to have a better and happy life...which he'll only have with Driva not me" said May
"Why? What happened now" said Ulyssa

"The thing is this morning Driva came to me and said she and Ryan liked each other for a long time and they were having a private relationship. But since the day i started talking to him and liked him he had feelings for me too. So he wanted to breakup with her, and date me" said May
"So?? What's the problem? Ulyssa asked
"I'm the problem..!!! Because of me they are breaking up because of me i can't let them do that because of me.. I can't be this selfish...!!! said May
"Are you sure you can trust her??" Ulyssa asked
"I think so...the way she said" said May
"But how is it related to dating David" said Ulyssa
"Well the longer i'll be single the longer he'll have feelings for me so i had to set up this plan for him only" said May with a deep sigh. As if something inside her was dead already.
