Chapter 31 - The unacceptable

After all those hatred and anxiety which May got made her to took a day break.
She got ready in the noon,packed her snacks and was booking a ticket online it was of a fun park..
The fun park where May and Ryan spended the best of their memories.

After two hours when she reached the fun park.
All May could see was her junior version with Ryan laughing giggling and enjoying their rides.
May with a slight laughter
"I was a fool, for falling for a man who didn't even contacted me after what happened"
She then hushed towards the rides which she took with Ryan.
Trying to live that memory again...but alone this time.

After taking all the rides it was finally the time for ferris wheel.
Holding an ice cream in her hand. She went inside.
Soon the wheel started to move. But suddenly the speaker there started to play the song that May and Ryan danced together..
"It has been ages,,since i heard that song,, it was my favourite one.....
I remember how badly i listened it on repeat imagining us dancing together" said May with a teary eye.
Which couldn't hold much tears so she started weeping.... sitting all alone in that ferris wheel.
Missing her L-O-V-E

The sky was almost getting dark. So the fun park's lights was on. The view from the wheel was all pretty....filled with lights.
But May couldn't enjoy it.

Soon the ride stopped and the moment she stepped out of it. All those lights of the park shutted down.
It was a technical issue. All the rides,lights stopped and due to almost night over there.
The visibility rate decreased
And suddenly rain started

May rushed towards the ghost house which was quite near....
She was running upstairs with a rush. By the time she reached the final step. She slipped suddenly...

Suddenly a man for about 6'5 tall, holding a black umbrella in his left hand, dressed all black appeared. He holded her hand and pulled her towards him..

May who was out of breath looking down trying to get back normal didn't saw him.
By the time she felt herself okay she saw his face.....
A handsome face that was well known to her said her
"Long time no see"
It was none other than Ryan

May didn't knew how to react she was all shocked. It felt like she had no emotions at all..

The purse in her hand fell down...

The best she thought was to run....
To run away from him
Not by her wish
But by the theory of fate

She left her purse behind and runned in that shower back down the stairs.

The moment she was running she met David

"Why are you running?" David asked
"I....but wait? What are you doing here?" May asked
"You weren't picking up your phone,i was worried so i tracked your location" said David
"Oh...ohkay...my phone aahhh it was in my purse i didn't heard it" said May
"Where's your purse?"
"Did you lost it?" David asked
May turning back
"Noo....well that...."
"Just leave it let's goo!" said May

"Here's your purse" said someone moving towards May and David
It was none other than Ryan
"Long time no see" said Ryan to David
"Yea..!!!!!! I'm shocked to see you here" said David
"Well i should say that to you" said Ryan
"Oh well i didn't planed to come here May came here all alone" said David
"Oh..May.." said Ryan looking at her
"Here,,take it you dropped it" said Rayn giving the purse and umbrella to May
"Have my umbrella, or else you'll catch a cold. It'll be difficult for you to write novels then"
"How did you know that?" May asked
"Well....by news obviously,,,i'm not into reading" said Ryan
"ohkay" said May
"Well,,,how have you doing after all those years" David asked
"Well...i owe a bike company now" said Ryan
"Oh great cool" said David
"Well...what are you guys doing here together?" said Ryan (out of curiosity)
"What do you mean together,, we're dating" said David holding May's hand
Ryan looking at their hands
"Ah ohkay.....i'm happy for you guys"
"Thankyou" said May hesitatingly
"Wanna grab a cup of tea,,,we almost had a convo in the rain shower" said Ryan
"Yes sure " said David
"You guys can,,i'm busy....so i'll be off now " said May moving on
"Sorry broo,,we'll have one next time" said David running towards her

"She hasn't changed at all,,,lying with perfection" said Ryan

May entering her car-----
"Hey wait i came all over here, don't you think you owe me a ride" said David
"I'll give you one next time"said May leaving him

Ryan who was standing behind David saw all that....

"I know why you're behaving that way,,, it's because of him" said David to himself

After reaching home-----

"What the hell just happened" shouted May loudly
"Does god think i'm a joke???
He's literally playing with my life
Like i'm a mere toy"

After changing and having a bath she searched online for Ryan's company

"He owns a bike company,,,well done Ryan"
"I'm proud of you"
"You grew up well and even more handsome then before"
said May looking at his picture

The moment she was reading his article she got a text from the CEO
It was for a meeting which will be held tomorrow

"An urgent meeting?? What's wrong" May thought

She then slept

The next morning at CEO's office
"Miss May we have got a big opportunity" said the CEO
"What?" May asked
"Remember once you told me that you want to start your modeling and acting carrier also by side" said the CEO
"Yes?..." Said May
"So you got an opportunity as the face of the biggest bike company" said the CEO
"Really?????????" Said May excitingly
"Yesss!! And they've even said that they'll sign the contract tomorrow" said the CEO
"By why didn't the emailed me?" May asked
"Because the owner is my known so he simply called me,,,,, actually he almost buys tons of your books" said the CEO
"Maybe a fan" said May
"I even asked him that what he'll do with all those books"
"Because he always buys it personally,he even said not to tell anyone...so don't let him know i told you" said the CEO
"Fine,,, what's the name of the owner" said May
"Ryan"
"Mr Ryan" said the CEO
"Wait whatt???????? Tell them i'm not into it!!!!!!!" shouted May
"Why???,,,,you were so excited i even said them that you're ready" said the CEO
"With whose permission????" Said May
"I....just did..." said the CEO hesitatingly
"You always thinks about profit,,,"
"I'm going going there" said May moving towards the door holding the handle
"Please don't do this,,,it'll be a great loss to the company and the workers working 24/7 here" said the CEO

The moment he said that May's hands stopped she couldn't went outside....

"Fine,,i'll goo" said May
"Thankyou" the CEO replied
"But i have some conditions" May replied
