King's landing Small council meeting
Maegor the Cruel is sitting at the head of the small council meeting with the hand of the king Lord Lucas Harroway and Grand Measter Gawen and Master of coin Lord Alton Butterwell and Master of ships/Lord Admiral Lord Aethan Velaryon and Master of Whisperers Larys Strong and Lord Commander of the kingsguard Ser Harrold Westerling and finally Master of Law Lord Jasper Wylde they all speak about important business and when Maegor was finally down with all the the talking and bull shit his Lord hand asked them all to stay for a moment more "What else could we have to talk about Harroway." Maegor said, annoyed just wanting to get out of
"I have been meaning to speak to you about this for sometime now my King." Harroway begins to speak Maegor smirks a little and then turn to him "And what is it?" he questioned "When or who do you think youll take to your wife?" He pauses then begins to speak again. "We all know that you are the true king but without an heir anything could happen and then your brother Aenys can take the throne and his children after him." Maegor looks down at the table and then looks up to his hand "My brother does not have any children." Harroway nodded his head "That might be true now my king but he already married Lady Alyssa Velaryon so it is a matter of time before she becomes with child."
Maegor looks to his council "So what are you saying I should wed before my brother's wife becomes pregnant?" Harroway nodded his head "yes my king." Maegor shakes his head "So do you have someone in mind Lord Harroway?" Harroway pulls out a piece of paper "Yes, Lady Lyarra Stark." Maegor laughs a little "A Stark girl? Why?" Harroway looks at the paper again
"Well if you marry the Stark girl you would have the North the biggest part of the seven kingdoms and your children would not only have the blood of the dragon but the blood of the first men. She is the only child between Lord Rickon Stark and Lady Maryse Stark and she is the oldest of all of his children." he pauses "And they call her the beauty in the north she goes to the orphanage in the north and takes care of the children there. The bad thing is if you don't give me an answer soon she will already be married to Lord Bolton son Domeric Bolton" Maegor nodded his head and looked to the rest of his council "What do you all think?"
Each one of the members of the small council agreed that it would be for the best if Maegor married Lyarra Stark. Maegor looks to his right to his hand "Send a Raven saying that I will Lord Stark Oldest Daughter and that we will be wed in King's landing in 2 moons." Maegor stands up and walks out of the small council meeting with his head up high the two thing he thought about was go on a dragon ride or fuck a maid. Lord Harroway writes a letter to Rickon Stark once he is done writing it he sends it off hopefully in a enough time before Lyarra Stark marries Domeric Bolton
The North Winterfell
Lyarra smiles as she plays with her youngest brother Eddard she couldn't help but to smile "Lyarra you do not need to help me." Daphne Stark says to her as she is in bed "Nonsense you just had him not even a moon ago and you still need time to recover yourself." Lyarra says as she stands up and walks over to the bed that her step mother is lying in "Besides how could i not help you with this cute babe." she said with a smile and Daphne smiles too as they both look at the babe. But the moment didn't last long when they heard a knock on the door "Come."
Lady Stark said and it was Agatha "Lady Lyarra your father wishes to speak to you." "Can't it wait a moment, I just want to stay here a little bit longer to make sure The Lady Stark is comfortable." Agatha shakes her head "I'm sorry but he said it was very important." Lyarra only nodded her head and looked to her step mother "Will you alright if I leave?" her step mother nodes her head and Lyarra smiles and kisses her step mother cheek as well as her baby brother.
Lyarra walks to the main hall where her father sits and looks down at a piece of paper with one hand on his head where the other is holding the note "Father?" Lyarra questioned as she has never seen her father look like this even when mother died "Lyarra." her father looks at her and Lyarra stays still for a moment "What is it?" She questioned and her father could not speak so she gave her the letter he had read over and over again. Lyarra takes the letter and reads it.
Lord Stark
The King has been looking for a lady to take to wife for some time now and when he heard of your daughter Lyarra beauty and kind heart he decided to take Lady Lyarra Stark to wife. The Stark family will have to come to king's landing for the wedding in two moons.
Signed hand of the King Lord Lucas Harroway.
Lyarra looks up at her father "What? Father this can't be true?" Rickon shakes his head "Aye its true it had the hand of the king stamp on it." He looks at his daughter Lyarra, lets go of the letter and tries to breathe "I cannot marry him they don't call him Maegor the Cruel of a reason. And What my engagement to the Boltons." Rickon walks over to his daughter and holds her Lyarra just hugs her father back not knowing how or why this is happening "I can send a letter back saying you do not want to marry the king."
Rickon lets go of his daughter "Then the King will be mad and maybe send his dragon and kill us father you might have a large number of north men to fight back but we can not win against a dragon." Lyarra looks at her father "I will marry him if this is what the king wants then let it happen." Rickon puts a hand on her cheek "My daughter." He kisses the top of Lyarra's head.
Two weeks later The Starks packed up the carriage and ready there horses and ever extra soldier they could to make the journey it will at least them a moon to get them all to Kings Landing and all Lyarra could do was distract herself with her younger sibling and play with them and spend as much time with them that she could before leaving the north.
Saying Good Bye to the North meant a lot to her. She would leave her family, her mother, Her Dire wolf Strom, the place she called home for ten and nine years. She hopes that all the stories she had heard about the king were not true but deep down she knows what they say about him it's all true.
