By now Lyarra was 9 months pregnant and she was ready to have this baby at any time. The midwives and maesters said that she should stay in bed and try not to move as much but Lyarra was losing her mind just staying in her chambers all day. Jonna visits her almost everyday and Visenya would see her from time to time.
Maegor on the other hand she didn't see as much of since that night a few months ago where he stayed the night he would come to her chambers once in a while to see how she and the babe were doing. Lyarra at this point was that she was also in discomfort so the maesaters said to her that baths help her. Just laying in the bath should bring her some kind of comfort.
Lyarra was laying in the bath as she closed her eyes to try to get comfortable she was by herself she just wanted a moment where no one was asking her about the babe and asking how she was feeling but then she hears her chambers doors open her thinking it was her maid Agatha she kept her eyes closed she hears "Agatha" walk closer to her but then she hears the sound so her touching the water "The water is to cold." a cold tone that she knows all too well. Lyarra said with her eyes still closed "It is as the maesaters will allow." She hears a grunt from Maegor so she finally opens her eyes and sees Maegor looking closely at her.
Lyarra smiles a little, Maegor looks to her "How are you?" he says as he places his hand on her belly "I am well but there is some discomfort the bath is the only place I can find some comfort." Maegor nobs is head "The maesters say that the babe will be here soon." Lyarra continues to say to him. "I spoke to the maesters as well. They say any day now the babe will be here." Maegor said back to her. Lyarra looks at Maegor and takes his hand in hers and for the first time since their wedding feast he did not let go of her hand.
Agatha came into Lyarra's chambers to help Lyarra out of the bath but Maegor stayed he watched as Agatha grab Lyarra robe and helped her stand up on her own the out of the bath then helped her out of it and wrap and robe around her Agatha walked over to Lyarra dressers while Maegor walked closer to Lyarra there was no words spoken between as he places a hand on her belly then he takes his off of her and walked out of her chambers not saying a word. Lyarra watched him as he left and sighed then she saw Agatha come to her and help her put on her nightgown and Lyarra laid down in her bed to try to sleep.
A Few Days Later
Lyarra was in her chambers talking with Jonna Strong. The two were laughing and having a good time until Lyarra felt a sharp pain in her stomach "Lyarra are you ok?" Jonna questioned Lyarra and shook her head back and forth "Yes I'm fine." Lyarra tries to stand up and then she feels some much more pain then feel her water broke. "Oh Gods I'll get the Midwives and Maesters." Jonna said and she helped Lyarra go back to the couch. Jonna runs outside the Lyarra room and tells the frauds to rush to get the midwives and maestaers.
The next hours were some of the most painful Lyarra she was screaming and cruising at everyone in her rooms. The Midwives kept telling her to breathe and it would be ok. Jonna stayed in the rooms and tried to help her friends "She is in pain. Is there anything we can do?" "There is nothing we can do. We wait a little while longer until she is ready to push." the maesater said to Jonna. Jonna shakes her head and looks to Lyarra and Jonna places a cold towel on Lyarra's forehead. "Lyarra, is there anything you want me to do?" Jonna said to Lyarra.
Lyarra is out of breath and she looks to Jonna "I want my mother." was all she said before screaming in pain again Jonna looked to one of the midwives before she looked to Lyarra "Ok Lyarra I will be right back." Jonna said before rushing out of the chambers.
Throne room
Maegor sat the throne today to speak more to kill traitors against the throne. "Your grace, do you think that was the wisest choice?" Harroway said to the King "They went against the crown, they had to be punished for their crimes." Maegor said back to him as he takes his place on his throne Visenya watched as her son kill the men for there crimes but did not interfere. They all hear the throne doors open and see Jonna running with blood on her gown "Your grace the Queen she has gone into Labor." she said out of breathe Maegor stand up "Why is there blood on you?" Maegor questioned in a cold/worry tone "It's the Queen's." Jonna looked to Visenya "Your grace I was wondering if you lady mother would come and help." Visenya walked closer to Jonna and said "What do you need?" she qesrioedn "The queen just wants someone she knows she cannot do this alone with maestaer and midwives." Visenya nobbed her head "Is she dying?" Maegor said in a louder tone and moved closer to the two women "I do not know but I thought it would be best if I got her grace." Jonna said.
Visenya looks at her son "She will be fine, my son." Jonna and Visenya rush out of the throne to go back to Lyarra chambers. Maegor tried to follow them but Harroway got in the way "Men do not go into the birthing room." Maegor grab him by his collar and said "I do not give a Fuck." He moves Harroway out of his way and walked to Lyarra's chambers
The Queens Chambers
From even outside the queen's rooms you can hear Lyarra screaming in pain. Jonna pushed out the door, following her was Visenya. Visenya sees Lyarra out of breath and holding onto the rope that the maesaters give to a woman giving birth Visenya moved fast to Lyarra side and held Lyarra's hand and move some of her hair off her sweaty face "Lyarra you must push." Lyarra turns her head to see Visenya "I can not it hurts so much I can't do this." she said breathless "If she does not start pushing soon we have to resort to other options." the Maesaters said "You will do no such thing." Agatha said and gave Visenya another cold towel to put on Lyarras face.
Visenya looked to Lyarra and said "Lyarra you have to push." "I can not." "Yes you can Lyarra you have to push." Visenya said to her as she helped to sit Lyarra up "You will see your child in a moment all you have to do is push." Lyarra screams again but starts to push "I see the head." One of the midwives said "Come on, keep pushing." Visenya said and Lyarra kept screaming but she was pushing. Then the room goes quiet when they hear the crying of a baby.
Lyarra lets out a breath and tries to see the midwives holding her baby while the baby is crying and screaming "Is the babe alright." was the first thing she said then the midwife holding the baby said "Yes he is kicking like a goat." Lyarra's heart stopped "It's a boy?" She questioned Visenya smiled at Lyarra as well as Jonna and Agatha. "Yes it is a boy your grace." The midwife rapes in a blanket and give the boy to Lyarra.
Lyarra smiles as she takes her son into her arms and sees her son had his fathers white/sliver hair and violet eyes "Hello sweet boy." She said with tears in her eyes. She looked at Visenya and mouthed thank you to her and Visenya smiled and nodded back to her. Lyarra looked down at her son and kissed his forehead. Then you hear the doors open again and you see it is Maegor "Your grace." the Maestaers and midwives bow to him Maegor looks to Lyarras bed and sees the babe in her hand. Everyone felt the room so the King and Queen could bond with their new son.
He walks over to them and places a hand on the babe's face and looks to Lyarra. Lyarra looks up at him "It's a boy your grace." "Are you sure?" Maegor questioned Lyarra moving the blanket the baby was in so Maegor can see the baby's thing. Maegor looks to Lyarra "Thank you."
"Do you wish to hold him?" Lyarra questioned and Maegor nobbed his head. Lyarra Helps to put the baby in Mageor arms "What do you think we should name him?" Lyarra said Maegor looked down at him and said "What about Jaehaerys?" Maegor said Lyarra smiled "I love it." Maegor puts Jaehaerys back in Lyarra's arms and then Kisses Lyarra. When they pulled away the two just looked at their son in aww.
