"Shhhh, since you are here, will you help?" I ask getting up and off my bed
It's been a month and I can't get the candy down from on top of my cabinet. I accidentally threw it up there, okay I am lying I was playing with it and threw it up way too high
"Excuse me?"
"You are like a giraffe, help me get something down please" I say pointing at the top of the cabinet
"What is up there?" He asks getting up
"Candy" I grin
"Seriously?"
"Yesss, it's yummy fizzy candy"
"A child, I am dealing with a kid" he mumbles
It didn't even take a second for him to grab the candy, I don't think I have ever been happier before.
He hands me the candy and bends down, only for me to realize he was picking me up on his shoulder.
"Ahhh oh my god, put me down you dummy monster" I yell
"Shh not a word Nandini, do you really want people thinking something is happening between you and a monster like me?"
Shit, he isn't wrong. He was carrying me from my room all the way down to his car and that is so stupid
"Manik I'm wearing shorts" I whisper
"I know" he mumbles
"Let me down"
"Nope, you talk too much"
"Manikkk"
"Shh I know you can't resist me but I am not interested'
"You gay?" I ask
"Nope, but you seem to be"
'Says who?"
"Me"
"Well you seem to have lost the your brain so I don't believe a single thing you say"
"Tuck your head" he whispers making me smack his back
"Be a nice kid and tuck your head because if I take you home and you are bruised or crying, cabir will not be happy" he whispers
"Aww mr Manik Malhotra is so sweet with me" I giggle tucking my head in his chest slightly as he places me in his car
woah, he has a nice car
"Don't touch that" he yells when I open the glovebox
"Why?" I ask looking at him
"because I said so now stop being a kid"
"I am a kid, and clearly you are an old grandpa. Oh my goddd" i mumble when something falls out of the glovebox as he tries to close it
I couldn't help but giggle as I pick up a condom from beside my foot, ah he keeps condoms on his car
"Don't get ideas, this is cabir's car" he says making me giggle even louder
"Ewww Manik, so bad. You two are brothers but oh no word, y'all share condoms too"
"What the hell is wrong with you? Jeez that's disgusting"
"Don't knock it till you try it" I giggle just to piss him off and it does it
"Nandini shut up"
I laugh louder hearing him, it's so funny seeing him all hassled and you know bothered, usually people are hot and bothered but this man is angry and bothered.
