Death
Newt's head spins with these thought as he stands over his parents grave. They were perfect for each other. They both had no flaws. No imperfections. Nothing wrong with them at all. Their smiles where so bright and their words so comforting yet true. Nothing could tear them down yet at the same time they could be so incredibly vulnerable. Newt hated the fact that their not here anymore.
Under all that dirt Newt imaged their still their souls trapped in lifeless bodies, tugging to free themselves suffocating in it own way. Their hearts so close yet so far away, a wall of fresh soil separating them from each other hand nearly meter's apart begging to allow them to hold each other one last time.
It should have been him.
He should be dead.
They should be happy.
He should be sad.
It's all his fault.
Newt thought to himself swallowing the lump that had formed in the back of his throat.
"Newt time to go, the plane will be leaving and we won't even be at the airport" Lizzy stated, staring down the the gold watch her mother gifted her the night before she died. "I know you're gonna miss them but I'll miss them too, just remember that there always here" Lizzy added poking Newt's heart, earning the blonde boy's lips to twitch into a smile.
Lizzy was Newt's younger sister ( by two minutes) and since birth, they had been inseparable, they told all their secrets and had a promise that if they ever told anybody they would go swimming in the lake in winter. Lizzy had incredibly blonde hair which she got from her mother and chocolate brown eyes which matched Newt. The girl was the quiet type and wasn't afraid to stick up for her brother if he needed her. Newt also had chocolate brown eyes but slightly darker blonde hair. Newt hated social interactions so having to move school was not helping his situation.
Lizzy and Newt placed some sunflowers down before exiting the small grave yard and hopping into a taxi. Newt placed his head on the window, staring at the rain droplets watching them race down the windows before disappearing completely. Newt wished he could do that.

Once they had arrived at the airport they grabbed their bags from the back. Lizzy struggled to carry her 5 bags whilst Newt grabbed a small suitcase and Backpack, placing an earphone into his ear and moving his foot up and down to the song.
"Why are we doing this again" Newt questioned
"Fresh start, plus Mary wants us to have a safe place the stay" Lizzy replies walking through security and placing her handbag in a tub before getting scanned down.
Newt hated the Idea of leaving London, It was his home after all and Aunt Mary wasn't the nicest to Mum so he heard that getting a good first impression would be hard. California was a big place and the people were different I mean what if they hated him? What if they bullied him? Newt's head felt heavy and all he wanted was for somebody to hold him and tell him everything was okay. He wanted his mum, but she wasn't there.
