I've spent the entire night cramped onto a hospital couch. My back is killing me, my body feels as stiff as the rest of the couch but at least I got some sleep.

Sabrina did too, she's been out like a light. All night long she has been sleeping, every now and then she even snored a little. It was either that or some random mumbling. She hasn't let go of her teddy once, it's still clutched in her arms.

I'm glad she's finally getting some rest, she needed it. The bags under her eyes are already slowly starting to fade.

Meanwhile I've been on guard. Trent seems to have disappeared. Eva can't get as hold of him, he's nowhere to be found. Did he run away? Does he think he killed Sabrina? Secretly I hope so, let the boy live in fear for a bit. That'll show him how Sabrina felt all this time. Speaking of fear, did I remember to take Sabrina's anxiety meds? I dig through her bag, ouch thank god I did.

Eva wasn't able to come in yesterday so she said she was gonna visit Sabrina today. I'm kind of curious to how Sabrina will react. It's still a mystery to me on wether or not they get along well.

When I told Eva about Trent she made it clear that they didn't see eye to eye about him.

I told Sabrina to stay away from him, she had said. So that implies Eva knew how bad Trent was, why didn't she do more? Don't get me wrong, I'm not blaming Eva. I just don't get it.

"Good morning",

speaking of the devil.

Eva comes in smiling, by the look in her eyes I can tell she's worried.

Especially when she notices Sabrina. A tear shimmers in the corner of her eye as she takes a seat next to her.

I seat down by Sabrina too and carefully stroke her hand.

"How is she doing? Did she get through the night okay?",

Eva asks stroking Sabrina's head.

"She's okay, she's been sleeping the entire night, any news on Trent?"

"Nope, he seems to have left the planet... bastard, I have to find him, I need her to be safe",

Eva sighs.

She's beating herself up about this just as much as I am.

Suddenly Sabrina's eyes open. It takes them a while to adjust to the light. Her post napping face is adorable.

"Eva? You're here?",

her eyes light up as she notices Eva.

"Yeah I am, I'm so sorry baby",

Eva hugs Sabrina tight.

"For what? Is this your fault?",

she startles by Eva's comment.

"No but I should've looked out for you more, I should've protected you",

Eva's face cramps up as she tries to fight her emotions.

"So how are you feeling?",

she then asks quickly rubbing away her tears.

"My head hurts really bad... and I'm hungry",

Sabrina remains sleepy.

She stretches her arms and cuddles her teddy again.

"Hee you're still here",

her head tilts towards me as her hand grabs mine.

There it is, that sweet spark in her eyes. It only ever appears round me. Her eyes never sparkle like that around others. Does it mean anything?
