Minji had gone on a business trip... which meant Y/n was finally left alone with Hanni...
"Can you make it hurt less?" Hanni whined as Y/n flipped her on her side.
Hanni could feel every bit of her muscles, skin, and bones... turning like a rotisserie chicken on a grill...
- Y/N POV -
"This is what I have to do," I explained to Miss Pham.
Sakura's dual mode was helping out a lot. I kept complaining about having to take my chip off to check up on Hanni and Sakura quickly got to making a solution.
"Well, it hurts!" It sounded like Miss Pham wanted to cry.
I almost felt bad for her...
Until,
*RING, RING*
My dial phone started to ring.
"I still don't get why you use a phone when you can just use VR Mode...," Miss Pham complained like always.
"Hello?" I answered.
There was only one person who could be on the other line.
Sakura.
"Pham's levels are spiking. Is she like in a lot of pain?" You could hear her evil grin through the phone.
"Yes," I shortly response.
"C'mon, babe. Tell me more details. I want to know," Sakura giggled on the line.
I breathed deeply and hung up.
Sakura was getting a little too excited about the new long game we were playing. I found a bit of pleasure in it too, but not while I was actively working.
Nothing cynical ever came out of me when I had a patient in front of me.
"I'm going to move you to the arm chair," I told Miss Pham.
"Okay," Miss Pham hissed a bit.
It felt like I should probably raise her VRU chemicals a little more to ease some of her pain but it seemed counter productive. Plus, it was very possible that Miss Pham would relapse and all the progress I had made with her in her Private World would go to waste.
I gently moved Miss Pham to her arm chair and began to prepare her for cleaning.
The previous doctor was an absolute idiot. I couldn't understand how that guy even got his license. He had let Miss Pham's body become a complete mess.
"I have to disinfect some of your bedsores. It might sting a little on your end so play some games or something. It will help distract you from the pain," I explained to Miss Pham.
"Okay," Hanni exhaled deeply.
I knew Miss Pham still didn't trust me but that was okay.
It was perfect really.
I just needed to gain her trust back for my plan to go into full effect.
I had easy access to ruining The U Company in other ways, but my current plan seemed the most fruitful choice.
I cleaned Miss Pham's wounds. Feed her some baby food. Bathed her a bit and then decided to join her inside VRU.
- Hanni POV -
"You know you're not allowed in here while Minji is away," I angrily told Y/n when I noticed they had fully logged in.
