Narrator

"DAMMIT!!"

Minji was pissed that the system kicked her out faster than she expected. Faster than Minnie said it would.

She couldn't even get her message out. So, she had to improvise in order to get what she wanted.

- Minji POV -

I had Minnie periodically keep an eye on Hanni's private world. It was a hard world to enter, but she was successful about 67% of the time. Still, her reports didn't bring back anything useful or a consistent storyline....

So, I had to do something myself.

"I'm sorry I couldn't bypass the privacy wall. It was triple encrypted," Minnie exhaled as I took my VRU set off.

"It's fine. Thank you for trying," I took a deep breath.

Minnie was one of the best coders in The U Company. She was someone I could trust and I was happy that Hanni had a copy of her in her Private World, but that wasn't enough for me. Y/n still had full control of her.

"Fuck this," I got up from my desk and headed down to the private world department.

Minnie followed from behind me, asking... "What are you gonna do?"

- Y/N POV -

I thought it was funny that Minji didn't even get a chance to try to warn Hanni about her private world.

*SMACK*

My VRU headset suddenly went flying off me.

"Owww, WTF!" I immediately got off my desk to confront the culprit.

I thought it was one of my coworkers messing with me again.. but it wasn't...

It was Miss Kim.

"Grab your things

"Grab your things. I need to show you something," She ordered.

I snickered at her request.

"Why should I? You're not the boss of me," I smugly responded.

"Because I'm someone who can get you fired," Miss Kim coldly responded before turning to walk out of my office.

I sighed in frustration and grabbed my things before following her out.

- Minji POV -

I was breaking a lot of rules with what I was about to do, but I needed Y/n to see that they were ruining an innocent person's life.
