Chapter 20

We had 10 minutes left for the match to start, we put on our uniforms & walked down the hall towards the field getting ready. I was fixing my hair running my fingers through it & adjusting the butterfly clip putting it tighter on my hair, i let out a soft sigh i was a bit nervous but at the same time i was excited. We're really going up agaisnt the top tier, suddenly bachira came from behindme & wrapped his arms around my stomach pulling me close to him & pressing his body agaisnt my back, he rested his head over my shoulder to look at me when he did that.

"Are you nervous my little monster?~"

"If i said i wasn't i'd be lying, but i'm also excited, so it's both at the same time"

"Hehehe~ always love you're honesty~ but i'm pretty sure this is what it means to tremble with excitement"

The other guys stopped to look at us for a moment before going to the field.

"B-But what if we lose? we'll get kicked out!!"

"We'll show them what we got... & that's a beautifiul tactic"

"Hey, get rid of that tepid thinking, we're gonna win no matter who we're up agaisnt. Don't hold me back you small fry, now hurry up i don't like wasting time"

"Yea we know rin"

"Right"

Bachira nuzzled my cheek & let go of me, turning me over to face him for a moment.

"Time to play soccer together again my little monster~"

"Yea just like we did before"

He smiled lovingly at me after i said that, i leaned my face torwards him bringing my lips close to his which catches him by surprise at first. I put my hand under his chin caressing his face softly which makes his breath hitch & his cheeks go red, he leans himself forward getting closer to me when i did that & put his hands on my weist. He was about to kiss me but i stopped him by pushing his lips away from mines a little & teasing him.

"You better win~"

"Don't i always?~"

I couldn't help but giggle softly & retreated myself from him & went to walk to the field, but before i did bachira quickly grabbed me by my weist pulling me back to him then grabbing my face gently. He quickly crashed his lips agaisnt mines & kissed me deeply stealing it while softly holding my face with his hand & holding me close with the other, he then smirked & exhaled over my lips keeping his lips close to mines.

"You tease~ now i'll definitely win if i can have more kisses like that~"

"Only if you make us win~"

"Challenge accepted my little precious monster~ specially when there's a reward like that waiting for me~"

I heard him giggle under his breath & then smirk at me, he intertwined his hand & fingers with mines bringing it up to his mouth pressing his lips to it & kissing the back of it. Before dragging me & walking me to the field with him to join the others, they sparted speaking i think english language.

"Bah Ha!! they're scrawnier than i thought!"

"I told you the japanese don't tend to be muscular, now pay up the 10 grand you owe me. You Lost the bet!"

"They're.... laughing alot...."

"Is that english? i don't speak any...."

"Yep, wonder what they're even talking about"

They kept talking until walked up to them & started speaking the same language as them which catches everyone by surprise.

"Hey! what do you mean? is this game like a part-time job for you?"

"Rin?"

"You speak english!? badass!!"

They just started talking to one another about god knows what, i stopped paying attention after a while honestly. Wich was kinda annoying the other guys a bit.

"These guys... don't seem to be taking this seriously"

"Huh!? you speak english too?!"

"No but i can understand it, i'm still studying how to speak it"

"Listen up, you top stars.... i'm gonna crush you. You're little japanese sightseeing trip is gonna turn traumatic"

"I like you're spirit you damn brat"

Someone suddenly interupted rin & silva, getting inbetween the 2 of them.

"Okay that's enough. You three are acting like childrens. You're Rin Itoshi right?"

"Huh?"

"I heard about you from ego, you're that guy sae itoshi's little brother right? he made a name for himself at one of real's subordinate teams. If you're his brother i'm sure you got some amazing talents, i can't wait to play agaisnt you. But i gotta say i think this is really interesting, this project to make japanese soccer the best in the world. I mean there's a higher chance of someone spanish becoming a yokozuna in sumo, so it's pretty incredible how japan is able to dump such a reckless amount of money into something like this."

"Are you being ironic you asshole?"

"Huh? No Sorry!! i was trying to praise you guys.... gambling you're lives on a wish that'll never come true... japanese people are really the world's top masochists"

I just grunted annoyed & scoffed, everyone else just glared at them.

"I don't get what his saying...."

"But i can tell he's making fun of us"

"Yea..."

Someone walked over & stopped luna from talking further.

"That's enough luna, you're being rude"

"Huh? Why? did i say something rude?"

He then walked over to me.

"Sorry about that you guys, he really does mean well. Those mind those self-centered adults, Nice to meet you"

He reached a hand forward to me asking for a shake to which i politely did.

"Nice to meet you too Loki"

Loki seems really polite but he also doesn't seem the least bit afraid of us, everyone got in they're position after that little chat & introduction was made. The rules of this match are the same as the second selection, it's a 5 on 5 & we gotta score 5 points just like every other match we been doing. This game will also act as a special training match to represent japan in the U-20 world cup.

"I see... that's the warm-up to the world cup"

"Yep, let's just do what we know best bachira"

"Yep~ Whatever you want my little monster~"

He stuck his tongue out at me playfully & smiled lovingly to which i chuckled in response when he did, the game begins & the ball is passed over to bachira to which he receives upon being passed to him.

"Let's go freckly Star"

"Huh? We started already?"

[In the anime his called pablo cavazos & in the manga is written as cabassos instead, so i'm just gonna use the manga's name & call him cabassos, also bachira's interaction with yuki on the field will be different here since he got himself an awakening & he broke free of his trauma monster. Yuki's actions & speeches will be a little different too along with the way she plays on the field. While in the anime/manga Isagi was focused on devouring bachira & rin to score goals, yuki in this sotry will just support & assist them instead when they need her]

It was bachira vs cabassos right off the bat.

"This is the new.... Meguru Bachira's big debut!!"

Bchira suddenly did a spin & go across cabassos, he didn't seemeed fazed but he did praise him for that move he did.

"Ohhh, nice spin"

"No, No...."

Bachira then jumped with the ball & went the other way which caught cabassos by surprise it seems.

"One More touch~"

"Huh...? Woah!! he got behind Cabassos!!"

I caught up to bachira, incase he wanted to pass it.

"Bachira? Nice one~"

"Hehehe~ i'll be taking this one for a bit my little monster~"

He stuck his tongue out at me playfully once more & smirked to which made me chuckle in response, i guess he won't pass to anyone within his own specs. His only resonating with who ever will make him evolve, this is bachira's new soccer style. Super egoistic dribbling, he really did change & become even better then before, i'll have to respond accordingly when it's my time. I'll be counting on you then bachira, unfortunately cabassos caught up to him & grabbed him which caught him by surprise.

"Oh? here so soon?"

When i tried to get closer to the goal, loki suddenly slidded across the floor & immediately stood infront of me which caught me by surprise, he's so fast i didn't even see him coming. I tried to move away from him & bachira quickly passed the ball over to rin when i did & then scored a super-fast combo putting us at 1-0 already.

"A goal!?! holy crap!! they scored agaisnt the world's all star!?!"

"Unpprecendented moves, a momentary chemical reaction"

"Nice you 2"

The opposite team seemed surprised but impressed by what they just saw.

"Whoa... not bad"

"No pushovers here"

"Okay, Okay...."

"Cheeky kids..."

I couldn't help but chuckle & smirk softly.

"Damn... this is getting good now"

Bachira walked over to me & grabbed my face softly making me face him leaning himself forward to me a bit & pulling me close with his other hand again, it caught me by surprise because i didn't notice him come up to me at first.

"You were saying my little monster?~"

"You just started you goof~ so don't get you're hopes up yet~"

"So mean to me~ but that's why i love you so much heheheh~"

I couldn't help but giggle softly which made him chuckle in response when he heard me giggle, rin just glanced over to us.

"That was good you 2, keep acting as bait for me"

"How 'bout it rin? with yuki here we're on a whole other level~"

Bachira poked my cheek with his nail & smiled lovingly at me, he went back to his position after we scored 1 point already. At any rate i don't think even the world all stars were prepared for a rapid strike like that, so i guess we're starting good for now.

"Th-Those 3 are incredible.... how'd they score a goal agaisnt the world's all star so fast?!"

"Yuki & Bachira's coordination spurs them to greater heights & rin can devour them both, thanks to that last match. The attack combination of those 3 is even working agaisnt the world's top players"

"Wow... that's so cool...."

"Yea, they're sublime triangular relationship..."

Tokimitsu & Aryu suddenly walked up to me, aryu ruffled my hair & tokimitsu just put his hand on my shoulder. They startled me when they did that.

"Is extraordinary styl, now add me in & make it square"

"Huh!? that's not fair!! Let's make it a pentagon!!"

"Huh? if you guys wanna join then just do it, were all playing together after all aren't we?"

We scored but it wasn't mines, i'll score the next one or try to. But if rin & bachira can keep doing that then i'll just stay near them & keep positioning myself until they need me.

"Alright... just how far can we go?~"

"I said we're gonna win didn't i?"

The game restarts & loki gets the ball this time he was faced off agaisnt me i had to try & block him, i have to prevent him from scoring points.

"Um... is this okay? at this distance you got nothing but weak spots"

"Huh?"

He made the first move but damn he was so fast, probably faster then chigiri. He got past me with such an explosive acceleration he even got past bachira which caught him by surprise too, that's how fast he moved.

"!?!"

"Bachira!!"

His got the endurance to maintain his speed & insanely wide stride dribbling, it caught the others by surprise too.

"Crap!!! how can he cover that much ground with each step!?!?"

"He's to fast to respond to..."

"You're route is to obvious"

"You got good foresight.... but i'm faster"

Rin tried to block him but loki got past him too with his immense speed, he was really fast. None of us could stop him he accelerates more & more with each step, he kicked the ball with force & scored his team a goal putting us at 1-1.

"Wha-!?"

"Come on loki don't do it all yourself"

"Pass it next time you jerk"

"Okaaay i've had enough anyways, let's finish this up & hit the showers"

The guys started to get a bit concerned on wether we could win agaisnt them or not now, yea this is going to be a bit difficult. Scoring goals aren't going to be easy with these guys.

"Can we win this....?"

"He's like a sprinter...."

"That's some terrifying speed...."

"Quit whinning, just pass to me"

The game restarts once more & the ball goes to rin this time, loki immediately blocked him but then suddenly luna came too.

"Are you that scared of loki's speed?"

"Tch..."

"You've just got tunnel vision from a lack of experience!! take it away baby"

Luna quickly stole the ball from rin & passsed it over to cabassos.

"Alrighty"

I quickly try to block him with bachira.

"Let's stop him bachira, we'll box him in"

"Yep~"

But before me & bachira could do anything he quickly made a high-speed backspin pass right in between us with incredible precision, which caught us both by surprise.

"Ka-Zoom"

Aryu & Silva ran across the field to try & get it.

"You're aiming here? i'll win in a midair battle"

"You're going down!!"

Silva suddenly blocked & tackle aryu preventing him from jumping freely, tokimitsu tried to catch up to the ball & take it.

"Yikes!! it's right by the goal... but i can make it!! i'll clear the ball!!!"

But blake suddenly tackled tokimitsu shoving him & pushing him to the ground which catches tokimitsu by surprise, he lost in a battle of tackles.

"Move, i've got no interest in male bodies"

"Waah!?!?"

This was bad the weapons that we've used to win so far, speed, foresight, kicking, height, tackling. All of them are being overwhelmed this is top tier technique, blake scored another point getting the team at 1-2 now. None of the things we've done in blue lock are working anymore, we're being totally pulverized soccer really is amazing. 

"So thats world class... it's farther away then i thought..."

"Yea... this is a new frontier..."

"But it's right infront of us"

"Yea but we gotta keep trying...."

Bachira just shuckled at me when i said that.

"Always so optimistic my little monster~"

I couldn't helpbut chuckle at him, the game restarts & now bachira gets the ball. Cabassos once again is faced off agaisnt him, he did one of his super fast dribbling moves again & tried to get past him but cabassos managed to steal the ball from him. 

"You're rhythm is dynamic but you don't have enough patterns, you're plays don't have enough performance."

Cabassos then passed the ball over to blake to which tokimitsu tried to block but couldn't do because blake kept him in place with his own strength.

"Run Kid"

He then passed the ball over to loki, they're plays are so fast. Even if we understand them we can't stop them in time.

"You're so bossy...."

Then loki quickly passed the ball over to silva to which aryu tried to block but silva managed to hit the ball & score a goal even with aryu being on him, now the scores were 1-3. They were really amazing, it feels like we're just being toyed with.

"2 More points!! Sha Ha!!!"

No matter how much we struggle victory seems impossible, the way we are now we don't stand a chance agaisnt these guys. Everyone was being overpowered by them & blocked, it was difficult to get past any of them & score any goals. Now the points were at 1-4, things were getting more serious & more risky. Bachira wiped the sweat of his face with his hand & exhaled softly.

"It's getting real challenging now my little monster"

"Yea but we gotta keep trying, we can't back down now bachira"

"Hehehe & that's why you're the best~ let's keep going then my little yuki~"

The ball goes to luna this time but rim immediately slides across the floor & tries to block him, luna puts his feet on top of the ball & held it for a second when he noticed rin.

"Rin!!!"

"I like you, unlike these other kids you really still think you can win this. I'm gonna discourage you... with my whole heart."

Luna came dashing towards rin at full strength when rin was about to block, luna quickly kicked the ball between his legs & got past him. 

"Ah that's no good, if you open you're legs that easily people are gonna think you're a loose guy"

Luna scored another goal earning his team the last point & winning the match, we lost this one. We couldn't do a single thing to win agaisnt them, i couldn't help but sigh softly after the whistle blew loudly & declared a game over. These guys were one of the toughest guys we ever faced, the world 5 were really strong & skilled players.

"But don't worry, we're just here to assess you guys. This match's real objective was to pick members for japan's U-20 world cup team."

"We knew you guys would lose right from the start"

"There's no way you coulda won"

"Time to report to ego about you're skills...."

"Let's hurry up & get back to the hotel"

"Adios you lumps of talents, let's meet again on a real field"

With that being said they left but wait... were we just being tested? so this wasn't a match to advance it was a match to test our skills & evaluate us, bachira just slumps down to the ground panting softly & the others were just in complete disbelief. And rin just seemed angry, i'm still confused this whole thing was a test not a real match, ego has alot of explaining to do.

"Rin...."

"Dammit...."

I walk over to bachira & just kneel down near him closely, i sit down on top of my knees & sigh softly.

"We.... lost pretty fast, we barely got to do anything at all...."

"Yea this match was just.... bleh..... they're really good players. That guy is hella faster then chigiri too"

"Yea they are, all of them are strong we didn't stand a chance"

Bachira adjusted himself to sit like an indian moving closer to me, i just sigh softly once more & lean my face towards him. Resting my forehead agaisnt his, he leans himself agaisnt me in return when i did that & put his hand on my cheek holding me. We closed our eyes for a moment & just breathed softly, this defeat came faster then any of our other matches

"Don't make that face my little monster~ we did our best, hey where's that smile i adore so much?"

"You goof heheh~ but yea i guess we did try our best"

Somehow i wasn't feeling fustrated by all of this i guess it's because it wasn't a real match only just a test to evaluate us, bachira then playfully pouted & whimpered at me.

"Does this mean i won't get a kiss?"

"Bachira...."

"Hehehe~ what? i just want to taste you again~"

"You always do"

"Yes~ because you just taste so fucking good & it's addicting to kiss you~ please?~ just one i promise not to devour you this time..... maybe.....~"

"But we didn't win so no, you won't get any"

"Aw you're so mean to me~"

He pouted his cheeks at me to which i couldn't help but giggle softly, i quickly crashed my lips into his which caught him by surprise at first. But he quickly grabs my weist & pulls me into his lap since we were still sitting down making me straddle him, he kissed me back in return but more deeply devouring me entirely, he adjusted his arms & wraped them around my entire back & held me close to his body as we kissed not letting go of me. Leaning himself forward towards me a bit pressing himself agaisnt me making my body lean backwards, eventually we had to break the kiss to catch our breaths as we pant softly agaisnt each other. He smirked at me & kept his face close to mines.

"Yay!!~ now that's a delicious taste i love so much~"

He licked his lips & smirked once more at me as he nuzzled my face lovingly.

"So addicting & so sweet~ i could kiss you & devour you all day~"

"Bachira~"

"Heheheh~"

He chuckled softly & nuzzled me again which honestly made me smile & chuckle too when he did, eventually we got up from the ground & went back to our dorms. The match was over so there was no point in us staying here, everyone sat down on they're beds but bachira had me sit on his with him. He had me in his lap as i had my back pressed agaisnt him as i was leaning agaisnt him, he had a towel over his head as he had his arms wrapped around my stomach holding me close & had his head resting on top of my shoulder i had my hands on top of his on my stomach. I grunt softly & groan.

"I Really.... couldn't do a damn thing..."

"Yea... i thought i've gotten stronger ever since coming here.. but i feel like i just had a rude awakening about where i stand"

"Maybe that's what ego wanted us to feel? & i wonder how they're evaluating us"

Bachira pressed himself agaisnt me a bit more, resting himself over my body & back, he adjusted his hands to intertwine it with my fingers to hold it tightly but kept them rested over my stomach.

"I wonder why... but i've never had such a refreshing loss before, maybe it's because i got to play agaisnt people who've only ever existed on a screen before. And was able to get a taste of what it really means to be the best in the world"

"Yea i think i know what you mean, i feel like the world's best striker aren't just a fantasy anymore."

"Yea, yeah!! they're far away but they're real"

"Right"

I'm sure this feeling was part of that game, but it's different for him. Rin is the only one who seriously tried to beat the world's all star right to the end, even i planned on winning at first but after being so overwhelmed. I realized that all i could do was treat it like a teaching game, i was happy just to be able to play those people. I was able to accept the reality of our situation, so the fact that rin is able to feel so fustrated about this make him look really amazing. To him they were peers he had to defeat, i'm sure someone like him has what it takes to be the world's best. But i want to reach the top with bachira & nagi too & become the best, so i'm not giving up on our goals just yet. I'm gonna keep moving forward.

"Well, no point in worrying about it now, i guess we'll just have to wait & see what ego has for us next" 

Bachira then hugged me tighter agaisnt his body & nuzzled my neck.

"Yep~ i hope we get another match though i wanna play soccer with my little yuki again~"

"You always do bachira..."

"Hehehehe~ of course! it's more fun when we play together~"

I adjusted myself to face him & tackled hugged him, he got startled when i did & he stumbled backwards to the bed from my tackle landing with a thud. He quickly wrapped his arms around me & held me close to his body when i did that, making me land on top of him.

"Woah!!~ heheh!!~"

I couldn't help but giggle softly, he nuzzled my neck & adjusted himself to lie down sideways with me & pulled me closer to his body. Wrapping his arms around my back instead pressing his hands agaisnt it keeping me close to his body, he closed his eyes & buried his face in my chest this time & nuzzled it closely. I could feel him just melt into me when he did that & i swear if he was a cat right now he would be purring really loudly. His adorable.

"My Cozy & Warm little monster~ they're so soft too like warm & cozy pillows~"

"Bachira...."

"Mine~ it's all mine~ what? i can't help it you're just so irresistible~ i love holding you close to me like this~ heheh~"

He shifted his face upward sligtly to stick his tongue out at me playfully & smirk, i held him closer to my chest & body again & i could feel the heat form on his cheeks when i did that, making him melt into me some more & bury his face back into my chest again. He honestly stayed there & didn't move at all while keeping me in an tight embrace, the guys didn't pay much attention to us at all other then tokimitsu just chuckling at us. Bachira stayed snuggling me & didn't move, he didn't let me move away from him either. He just mumbled into my chest refusing to move from there.

"I Love you~ I love you so much~ My Yuki~ My little monster~ Miiiiine~"

"Hehehe~ I love you too~ My bachira~"

I felt him get flustered even more when i called him that & i felt him hug me tighter but was hidding his flustered face on my chest. He was really melting into me right now. I guess now we just wait for ego to tell us what our next step is, but i agree with bachira i hope we get another match soon i wanna continue to play soccer with him.
