[A chapter dedicated to Yuki & Nagi before they're next match, in this chapter they strengthen they're friendship a bit more & nagi learns more about yuki & about bachira. He also learns about her story & how she met bachira, a bit of change on nagi's personality here just like bachira's on the other chapters].
I went back to the dorm to tell nagi what just happened he was lying down on the top bunker bed & i was sitting down on the one under it, he just grunted & mumbled when i told him what just went down.
"What a hassle..... i guess we got ourselves the next match"
"Yea.... sorry i didn't even get to ask you first if it was okay for me to do that"
"Don't, i wanted to fight him anyways too so you did the right choice yuki. You're the leader anyways so it's fine"
"Yea i guess so...." There was a moment of silence between me & nagi before he broke it & decided to speak again, he suddenly leaned himself over the edge of the bed & popped his head down to look at me. He was upside down since he was leaning over the edge to look at me.
"Why does he call you little monster?"
"Huh?"
"Bachira..... every time his with you he calls you that, why?"
"...... It's a nickname he gave me when we first met"
"Yea but why? 'Monster' is kind of a weird name to call you isn't it? i would understand if it was another nickname but..... Little Monster really...? you are petite so i agree on the 'Little' part but... you're not a monster"
He suddenly maneuvered himself as if he was in the olympic games & dropped down to my bed, he sat down with me leaning & resting himself agaisnt the bed as he sits.
"Yea it's.... kinda of a long story.... there's a reason he calls me that. I mean it was weird when he first started it calling me it but i soon found out why he gave me that nickname"
"Well we got 23 hours until next match so..... let me hear it"
"Nagi...."
"Don't get me wrong i'm not trying to force you to tell me, i'm just curious why out of all the other nicknames he could of given you he picked THAT in specific"
"What about you?"
"Only you & bachira call each other nicknames, no one else in blue lock does well...... other then barou but he just calls us 'Losers' not little monster & i'm just nagi i don't like nicknames as much..."
"......"
Nagi crossed his arms & just exhaled softly, he didn't preassure me to talk & tell him so he just tried to leave me be when he saw i wasn't talking & didn't push me any further.
".....Okay, well.... go to sleep then or try to we still got alot of time before our next match. Take a bath or something to pass the time until then, ima sleep.... " He was going to leave & go back up to his bed but i suddenly stopped him by calling out his name, which made him stop & sit back down again. This time he adjusted himself to sit infront of me facing me.
"Nagi wait..... if i tell you... you wouldn't honestly believe me & probably call me crazy"
"You're a hassle.... but i still wanna hear it anyways & trust me 'Crazy' is the last thing i'd call you unless you give me a reason to call you that.... How did you & bachira meet anyways? i know it was here in blue lock but like.... what happened that got you 2 so attached to each other? that last match we lost you 2 got really worked up from being seperated..."
Bachira knew of my story mostly because at first he forced it out of me but he then eventually started taking responsability for it after seeing how bad the situation got when he did that, now nagi has become a friend a to me & i feel like i should tell him too. I don't now if i'll lose nagi too if we end up losing another match, but i guess it's only fair that he knows everything too. His been really friendly & kind to me, so i should repay the favor by telling him. I exhaled deeply & raised my face up to look at nagi, he put his hand down on the bed infront of himself & leaned himself forward towards me a little to look at me as well when i did that he tilt his head to the side a little & kept his gaze on me.
