It has now been four years since the Enhypen group was founded. Four magnificent years since they lived from their passion, the love of fans and the dream of their life. They did a live show which was quite chaotic because of their stupidity but it sounded good to them. This day of celebration was far from over because they had an interview to do for a Korean channel.
Jessica sits on a chair in their dressing room and gets her makeup done. She is already wearing a pleated black skirt and a dark sheer top which is hidden by a thick burgundy velvet jacket. She smiles when she hears Jake and Ni-ki bickering as usual, then leaves room for Sunoo once she's ready.
A member of the staff takes them to the studio where the interview will be filmed. The journalist is already there, sitting on a chair in front of a sofa and several stools behind.

- Good morning ! she smiled. Thank you for granting me this interview. I suspect you must have a busy schedule, especially today.

- My pleasure.

They settle in, Jessica sitting on the sofa between Sunghoon and Jay. They make the final camera adjustments before the exchange begins. The group answers questions, having a good time recounting certain anecdotes from their past years.
The interview comes to an end and they are about to leave when the woman stops them.

- Can I interview Jessica alone ? I would like to interview the only girl in the group !

Their manager looks at the blonde who nods and gives her authorization.

- You just have to go get something to eat in the cafeteria, she said to the boys. It will not be long.

They nod and leave the room while she goes to sit back on the couch.

- Thank you very much, Jessica.

- You are not the first to ask to interview me without the members. So don't worry, I'm used to it.

- So much the better ! Can I ask you some questions ?

- Of course.

- You've been in Enhypen for four years now and you've been around these boys, could you have imagined you'd get this far ?

- Let's just say I wanted it. I wanted us to succeed and be successful. I knew it would be complicated because the fans would have had difficulty accepting me. The guys were able to get to know each other during I-Land and fans were already liking their group and idols. I only came afterwards, I showed up out of nowhere and I was aware that I would have to be accepted. Whether within the group or in the eyes of the fans.

- Do you think you got there ?

- There will always be haters unfortunately but I think I managed to show that a co-ed group is possible. And it works.

The woman smiles and asks questions, Jessica answering them without worry. Here comes a rather delicate subject.

- You have become an important figure in the world of kpop because you do not hide the fact that you have anxiety and that it sometimes complicates your work. Some fans take an example from you or follow you because you help them on a daily basis by sharing your difficulties, the efforts you make, etc.

- I think it's important to show that even if we are idols, public figures, we are still humans. Who have feelings, difficulties and who may not feel well. I struggled with my anxiety for years, and the stress even increased because of my life as an idol. Before...

Jessica stops to swallow, trying to lessen the lump in her throat from emotion.

- In my adolescence, it was very, very difficult. I didn't know what I had, and my parents didn't know what to do to help me, even though they wanted it more than anything in the world. There were days when I blamed myself for making my family suffer because of my problems. I just wanted everything to stop, for everything to go back to normal... For me to be normal. I couldn't go out, I couldn't talk, I couldn't even go to my grandparents' house, damn it. It was an ordeal, daily hell.
