The entrance test

The survival show I-Land decided to welcome 23 boys and... 1 girl in order to form a group. Of course, the participants are not aware of the presence of a girl among them. They arrived alone or in groups in the real I-Land HQ and sat on the cubes forming a U in front of the platform that led them there. The number 12 appeared on one of the big screens even though they were twice as many.

- Do you think it's over ?

- No one else is coming ?

But the footsteps of one last person echoed in the corridor. The boys cried out in surprise when a girl appeared, a backpack slung over her shoulder and a dog at her feet. He was rather funny with his bandana around his neck.
The platform began to move, frightening the poor animal who jumped into his mistress's arms. Caught off guard and staggering under her weight, she topples over onto her buttocks, all four legs in the air, to the boys' chuckles. The platform reaches its end and she pushes her dog away to stand up, rubbing her head. She bows to them, which they return and she goes to sit next to a tall boy to whom she smiles.

Everyone is now present and an alarm sounds which makes them jump, the white lights turning red. The screens on the ground go black and then gradually come back on.

- Dear 23 candidates, welcome, a robotic voice echoes. This is the stage of I-Land and it will be the place for you to prove your abilities. After the door, you will see an unknown place called I-Land that only exists in our imaginations.

On one of the walls, a giant egg appears in light and two doors open.

- Wow, this is really classy.

- This is another unknown world.

- But all of you, the 23, cannot go there. The capacity of I-Land is only twelve people. The power to decide the twelve people is only yours and every destiny in I-Land is in your hands. Now, we will start the entrance test with the performances you have prepared.

- Now ?

- The entrance test will be judged by yourself. Only those with the majority of votes will be able to go to I-Land and if there are more or less than twelve people, then there will be another test.

- So it's a show of hands.

- It's a group performance but the vote will be individual. You have to choose the order of the performances. The first participant, please go up on stage.
