To much stuff is going on

I stared across the table, blankly eating.
I had not known that Dad was capable of being that scary.
Like, dang.
Had I actually went to bed?
Yesssssss............... no.
No I had not.
Had I actually watched Taylor and Dad fight instead of sleep?
Yes.
Taylor hadn't said a thing to me the entire rest of the weekend, not even in  passing.
She kept her posture small, her ears down, and her voice off.
This wasn't anything like the girl I had met on the porch three days ago.
She avoided everyone, not coming out of her room most hours of the day, only at meals did she ever leave the confinements of her bedroom.
  "Lily?"
I looked up to find both Mom and Dad staring at me. "Hmm?"
Mom raised an eyebrow. "We called your name almost five times."
I laughed awkwardly and set my fork down. "Oh, sorry."
Dad gave me a look. "Are you alright? You haven't even touched your food."
I looked down to my dinner, which lay untouched and cold. "Oh! Um, just not hungry."
I scratched my neck and stood up. "I'm just gonna... go, to my room, Bye!"
And I bolted up the stairs before either of my parents could stop me.
I did not, in fact, go to my room.
Fiddling with the latch for a second, I popped the attic door open and crawled onto the roof. "Hey." I called.
Taylor slowly raised her head. "Oh... it's you."
I sat down next to her. "Yep... you weren't at dinner.... Dad was worried."
My sister snorted. "Yeah, and that's why your here instead of him, because I'm just not that important." Tears filled her eyes and she buried her head in her arms.
I reached out to touch her shoulder. "Taylor..."
She looked up, trying very painfully to smile as tears ran down her face. "And you know what the worst part is? I used to love him! I loved him so much, he was the hero in my life, my role model, and then I grew up..."
Taylor pulled at her hair. "I grew up and-and was different. I had to be the same, or I wasn't going to be part of this family-and you know what?! I wasn't the same! And look what happened! I was thrown out!"
My ears went back. "Taylor... I thought you said you left..."
More tears fell and she started laughing, bashing her head into her knees. "I did leave! I had to! It was torture pretending I was the same! I had to leave because of the distasteful looks and off hand comments! I was ready to kill myself just to fit in!"
I gasped. "What?!"
Taylor's long eyelashes shined with tears as she tried to wipe the water off her face. "Yeah, I actually was thinking about suicide. And I got close, got close enough that I had the knife in my hand, I was going to do it Lily, I was going to kill myself just to end the constant pain and misery of having to be and Altruist."
I set my hand on her shoulder. "What stopped you?" I whispered.
Taylor looked at me, her blood red eyes glistening in the city lights. "The hope that one day, one day I would leave and be old enough to have a love life, to be somebody else, someone other than an Altruist."
I winced. "Taylor, if this all hurt so much, why did you come back?"
She set her hand over mine, her glasses reflecting golden light into her eyes. "You, Dad tracked me down and told me I had a sister. He didn't know where you went, he couldn't find you and it was tearing him apart, I could see it, I've never seen anything like it, he was literally begging me to help look for you."
I tilted my head. "How long was I gone?"
Taylor glanced down. "Dad said that in total, you were gone for a month."
I gasped. "A month?! He never told me it was that long!"
Taylor glared at the roofing, the remenents of her tears still visible. "He never told me anything."
I winced. "Um Taylor? Where did that spunky and sarcastic big sister go?"
It looked like my sister was having a very hard time trying to stay under control of her emotions. "There never was a spunky sister Lily, she never existed! Under all that acting I'm a nobody who doesn't know what to do with her meaningless life!"
I grabbed her by the shoulders. "No! No your not! You are Taylor Altruist! First born of the Radio Demon, fearless and fiery!" I pushed her glasses, which had fallen down, up her nose. "You can't live life thinking about the bad side. I spent half my life thinking and being told that I was only Dad's shadow, but... I'm not, and neither are you."
I pulled her to her feet, poking her chest. "You are the one and only Taylor Altruist, daughter of the two most bloody and fearless Overlords of hell, and you are in neither of their shadows, however similer you might look, you are your own person and deserve to be treated as so."
A faint smile tugged at her lips. "you know, your pretty wise for being my little sister."
I smiled back. "Well, let's just say I have a lot of experiance."
Taylor laid back down on the roof, looking at the stars. "So what's he like? Under all that murder and blood? I never remembered much of his good side."
I sat down next to her. "Dad? Oh he's great." I sighed and looked to the shining constellations. "He's always willing to give me a hug when needed, or make me food. Be weary, he hates movies and games of all kind but is never afraid to try a new recipe or take you to the attic to look through Grandmas things."
I smiled, just thinking of all the memories. "Dad has always been willing to kill anyone who even gives me one glance, truly he is amazing, always encouraged me to smile, and be better, but at the same time giving me a break when needed and never pushing to hard."
Taylor looked down sadly. "How you describe him, he's a whole new person, not at all what I remember."
I played with the black ends of my bangs. "Mom said that he has changed a lot over the years, she says he's still the same person, but just better."
Taylor tucked her arms behind her head. "What about Neo? What was he like?"
The question stung, but I swallowed hard and tried to fight tears. "Neo was the most kind, funny, stupid, cute boy I ever met. He was amazing."
I wiped the tears away. "H-how did you know about him?"
Taylor shrugged. "Dad told me... but sis, It kind of sounds like someone had a crush."
I curled up in a ball. "We were dating."
Taylor coughed. "What?! Dad didn't tell me this!"
I shrugged emotionlessly. "He didn't know, we never told him, never told anyone."
My sister put a hand on my shoulder. "So when he...?"
I tried and failed to smile. "That was the worst day of my life."
Taylor sighed. "I'm sorry... I didn't know he meant that much to you."
And she, Taylor, my sister wrapped me in a hug, letting me cry into her jacket for the rest of the night.

Alastor's Pov

I sighed and knocked on Taylors door.
I heard a groan from inside. "Lily, I really don't want to talk right now!"
Laying my head on the door, I closed my eyes. "It's not Lily."
Silence followed. "What do you want?"
I winced. "I really messed up with you... didn't I?"
Taylor walked to the door, but didn't open it. "If your trying to say  that you really Fucked up, then yeah."
"Taylor," I said. "I am sorry, I was blind to the truth that you weren't the same, that you weren't a killer."
She sniffed. "I am one now, do you like me better? Just because of that?"
It felt like a stab to the heart.
"Of course not! I-I look, I love you Taylor, and I'm sorry it took me this long to tell you, or show you."
She leaned on the door. "Lily isn't a killer Dad, why did you treat her different?"
One tear rolled down my face. "I learned what not to be... Taylor we missed you. Do you know how long we looked? Do you know how heartbroken we were? Your mother locked herself in the bedroom for three days, she didn't eat, she didn't speak, she didn't sleep, nothing. And-and..." I stopped taking a breath. "I felt the same way..."
Taylor didn't do anything so I continued. "Taylor, I am sorry, that's all I wanted to say, I am sorry. And if you don't want to forgive me, that is fine. Hate me, but... just know that I realize my mistakes and I love you."
I turned when the door click ted and Taylor threw herself into my arms, hugging me. "I love you too." she whispered.
Her face was stained with tears and she had them in her eyes as well, like she had been crying the entire time.
I hugged her back, running my hand through her hair. "I missed you." I told her quietly.
She silently nodded. "Me too."
Sure, I had really fucked up with Taylor, but... now at least I had made up for it.
And at least I was smart enough to learn from past mistakes and raise Lily the right way.
At least I had two daughters again.

Lily's Pov
I looked up at the hotel, not having been anywhere in so long.
Everyone was going to freak out... majorly.
Dad opened the door and I walked in timidly behind him.
Aunti Charlie's head snapped up. "Al, oh my gosh, have you found her?"
Dad took a deep breath and grabbed my hand, lightly pulling me out from behind him.
Charlie's jaw dropped. "LILY!!! Oh shit oh shit oh shit shit, your so thin, what happened?! Where were you!? Oh you look so frail... poor thing."
Did I resent being called frail?
...
We are not going to answer this question at this moment.
She ran and hugged me, calling to everyone. "Guys! They found her!"
Molly and Nina skidded around the corner, crashing into each other and the floor before running to me and shoving Charlie aside to completely crush me.
Molly pulled back, tears in her eyes. "Lily, you were gone, like gone gone! We thought you were dead! Don't do that again, please, my heart can't take another scare like that..." she was whimpering now and buried her head in my shoulder along with Nina who didn't even say anything and just cried.
I smiled and patted their backs. "It's okay guys, I won't do it again, I promise."
Samantha glided to me and tackled my leg. "Lily no leave again." she whispered.
Peter hugged my waist. "Shh, your not leaving again, got it?"
All these people were getting slightly heavy.
My eyes met Evan's who stood at the top of the stairs.
He sighed and nodded to me before turning around and disappeared down the hall.
Vaggie burst into the room. "SHES BACK?!" She spotted us and joined the pile on top of me, along with Charlie who hugged my arm.
My 'frail' body could not take this.
I had just come back from being half starved and treated like a prisoner(Which I basically was) So you can imagine me not being able to hold all that weight.
"GUYS! I CAN'T HOLD YOU ALL!" I cried.
They all let go of me immediately and muttered bashfully.
"Sorry." Vaggie said, rubbing her arm.
"Were just so happy to see you." Nina said, wiping tears out of her eyes.
Peter grabbed my hands. "Lily, NO DO THAT AGAIN!!! ME TINY HEART CAN NOT TAKE IT!"
I laughed, tearing up. "Okay Peter, I won't."
Samantha had not gotten my message and was still clinging to my leg.
Dad set his hands on my shoulders, a reassuring touch in the sea of tears and questions.  "I am sure that I can explain when we get her sit down and comfortable, she needs that."
Charlie straightened her coat. "Um yeah! Of course! Come, sit down"
I walked to the couch but Dad held up a hand for everyone to stay. "I do have one more surprise for you."
Everyone murmured amongst them self's as Dad turned and gestured to the door. "May I give you... Taylor Altruist, my first and dear daughter."
A couple seconds went by before Taylor cracked the door open and poked her head through. "I'm sorry, was that my que line?"
Alastor smacked his forehead before muttering. "How do yo-? Why?? Yes, Yes that was your que line."
All jaws dropped as Taylor blushed and straightened her white button up and walked through the door.
"Sorry." she whispered into his ear when she got to him.
Dad shook his head. "Its fine, everyone messes up."
Taylor waved. "Um... Hi!"
Aunt Vaggie stomped to Alastor and jammed a finger in his face. "I'M SORRY, HOW LONG HAS SHE BEEN AROUND?!"
Taylor pinned her ears back and winced at the yelling. "Um, I'm like, twenty six."
  "TWENTY?!?!?!" Vaggie shrieked. "SIX?!?!"
Dad pinned his ears back as well and pushed the newly placed spear away from his throat. "I really do not appreciate you pointing that thing at me. Also, how long exactly  did you keep the fact that you were an angel secret from Charlie?"
Vaggie guiltily looked at the floor. "Four years."
Alastor smiled and grabbed Taylor's hand, pulling her away. "Exactly."
Aunt Vaggie looked up wide eyed. "BUT FOUR AND TWENTY SIX ARE A VERY FAR WAYS APART AL!"
He shrugged. "I see no problem, I have a seprit life from the hotel and you guys, I don't see why I have to share everything."
Vaggie sputtered. "You don't! But a First daughter is kind of a big thing don't ya think?!"
Everyone continued to argue and meet Taylor while Me and Samantha watched.
Finally Sammy climbed up onto my lap and hugged me, pointing to Taylor. "Lily's sister."
I nodded, smiling. "Good job! And how did you know we were sisters?"
Samantha looked back and forth between us for a second before putting her hands behind her head and cupping her ears in her hands, making them taller with her hands. "Deer ears."
I laughed. "Okay, I should have guessed that one."
  "Oh, and who's this?"
I looked up and found Taylor standing in front of us.
"Oh! This is Samantha, Samantha, Taylor."
My sister kneeled down and shook Sam's tiny hand. "Nice to meet you ma'am."
Samantha giggled. "I like you."
Taylor smiled and got up, sitting next to me on the couch and continued to play with Samantha. "Those people are crazy, I couldn't breathe half the time."
Nodding I chuckled. "Yeah, but at least they care."
She nodded. "Yeah, at least that."
I glanced at her. "You and Dad aren't at each other's throats anymore, what happened?"
A warm smile crossed her face. "We talked."
I laughed. "Talking's good."
Taylor took her glasses off, cleaning the round lenses before setting them on Samantha's nose.  "How's that?"
Sammy giggled, the glasses falling slightly as she smiled. "I love them!"
(GUYS, GUYS I DID'T REALIZE THE NEED TO SEE SAMANTHA IN OVERSIZED GLASSES UNTIL I WROTE THIS, PLEASE, I BEG OF YOU, MAKE ART, I NEED THIS)
It amazed me at how gentle Taylor could be when wanted.
She smiled, but took the glasses back. "Well, sadly I need these to see, but," she snapped and a pair of pink aviators (Still oversized) popped onto Samantha's face in place of Taylor's glasses.
Sammy felt around them, still laughing in fits of giggles. "I love glasses! Daddy has a lot. He never lets me keep them, but he let's me try them on!"
Taylor leaned back, smiling. "Well squirt, now you have a pair of your own."
A broad grin brightened her face as she jumped off the couch, running to Angel. "Daddy Daddy Daddy! Look what I got!"
My uncle swooped her off the ground. "Oh- Oh fabulous! Love them! They are the new fashion icon. Beautiful!"
Sammy pointed to them. "But see? Their pink! My favorite color!"
Angel nodded, laughing. "Yeah, where'd you get them pumpkin?"
The toddler pointed over his shoulder and to us.
Angel turned and smiled when he saw Taylor and I.
 'Thank you' he mouthed.
Taylor waved.
I crossed my arms. "So you have poofy powers like Dad?"
Taylor shrugged. "I did tell you I had everything that he did, didn't I?"
I nodded. "True."
Tilting my head I asked, "How well can you actually see without those?"
Taylor rolled her eyes, taking the glasses off and brushing her hair out of her eyes.
Handing me the glasses, she stood and held her arm out as far as she could putting her hand flat. "I can only see the colors of my hand, otherwise I only see a blurry shape, not really anything else." she turned and looked at Dad. "All I can see is a dot of red."
I started laughing.
Taylor grinned. "No really! I can't see anything else, is that Charlie or Dad?"
I snorted through my laughter and finally calmed down enough to tell her that it was Dad.
Grabbing her glasses, I twirled them around in my hand. "You know, it would be very funny to just... keep these!"
Taylor spun around, surprisingly facing me. "Lil, don't even think about it."
I smirked. "Ah, to late, thoughts already been here."
She pointed to me. "Hey! Don't go all Dad mode on me, your still my innocent little sister, okay?"
I tapped my finger to my chin. "Really? Innocent? I am the daughter of THE Radio Demon, your not finding anyone innocent here."
Taylor glared sideways at me. "Oh zip it! Give them back!" she lunged at me.
I rolled off the couch and stood. "Come and get me."
Laughing we both ran around the living room, me running for my life and Taylor running for her glasses.
Neither of us heard the knocking or even the door opening.
  "Hello."
I stopped dead in my tracks, a bolt of ice going down my spine.
Taylor crashed into me and stumbled. "What?"
I wasn't even facing the door, but I was frozen in fear and terror, memories flashing before my eyes.
Vox...
  "Hello my dear."
  "Hello Darling."
   "Hello my little demon."
   "Hello Lillian."
    "Hello..."

I started shaking, and turned to the door.
Taylor grabbed her glasses out of my open hand and looked to the door. "No..."
Sure enough, there he stood, smirking and in a full suit, looking like he was ready to kill someone, Valentino and Velvette at his side.
Alastor chuckled darkly. "You've made a mistake old friend, I was going to kill you anyway, but alas! Looks as though you've brought yourself to me!"
Vox swung his arm out and when he brought it back, he had a electrical dagger in hand. "I'm tired of your SHIT! You will die by my hand and so will your bastard of a daughter."
(Okay, for any of you who have watched Thor Ragnarock, I'm imagining him forming the dagger like how Hella does with her death swords.) (Sorry if I spelled it wrong!)
Dad stiffened. "It's hilarious how you think you can win against me-" he stopped. "... Rosie?"
Valentino shoved her to her knees, Mom looked like... like me. Like me after I had escaped. A bloody mess.
She looked up. "I'm sorry Alastor... I tried, I really tried."
Velvette reached out. "Vox.. maybe we shouldn't be doing TH-"
I watched in horror as Vox drove the dagger through her. "You never fully supported me, so looks like it's time to go."
Nobody else heard it, but I did when he whispered. "I knew it was you, you let her escape, and no one double crosses me."
Charlie put a hand over her mouth to silence her screams of horror.
Alastor watched Velvette fall to the ground, her blood staining the grass red. "You.... you just killed Velvette... Your only true friend."
Vox laughed. "She was a traitor who deserved to die. Now! Listen up!" He held the dagger to Mom's throat. "What's going to happen is this, You and I are going to duel, one on one, no powers. The terms are, that if you win, I die and you get to keep your comfortable life, If I win, you die and I get both your wife and daughters. If you don't agree, well I have been meaning to drive my dagger through this annoying bitches heart for a very long time." He pressed the knife harder to her skin.
A tear rolled down Moms face. "Don't do it Alastor, let me die. Don't put the girls on the line, please, don't risk them."
Dad looked back and forth between us and Mom and Vox, panic in his eyes. "You really can not expect me to choose-"
Vox raised the knife. "Okay then!"
Alastor's eyes went wide. "NO- WAIT!"
A slow smile spread on Vox's face. "Good, now do you except?"
Dad locked his jaw as he blinked away tears of fear. "Yes, yes I except."
Mom lowered her head. "No...."
Vox had a look in his eye, a look I hadn't seem before, he looked like he was excited to murder, to spill blood.
He really was going insane.
Charlie reached out a hand to Dad's shoulder. "Al, Al wait, AL WAIT WE CAN FIGURE THIS OUT!"
He closed his eyes. "No Charlie, we can't. My wife's life is on the line! I will not wait for you to figure something out!"
Charlie shrank into Vaggie as Alastor stared at her with tears in his eyes. "I can't risk her, she is everything... I won't let her go."
Vaggie took a breath. "Okay... okay Al." she whispered.
Dad stepped away from them and turned to us, a weak and fake smile on his face. "Come here." he said.
Both Taylor and I ran into his arms. "Dad, dad come back, don't die, please, come back." Taylor whispered.
I dug my face into his side. "Shh, stay here, we can get Mom out, Don't leave... please..." I whimpered.
Dad pulled back and brushed the hair out of my eyes. "It will be okay, I will be back, please don't worry."
I leaned into his hand which was in my cheek. "We can't stop Dad, we'll always worry."
He glanced back and forth between us, first and second daughter with a look of pure love and adoration. "I love you two." he whispered before kissing our foreheads and letting us go, turning to Vox.
(Okay, I know this is a sad and serious moment but... I was thinking, both Al and Taylor are what, seven foot? Taylor's not quite there yet, but she's close. WHAT ABOUT LILY!?! she's so fucking short, what did I say she was? Five five? She ain't that tall, so the fact that they're standing in a group and she is literally like, two whole feet shorter than both of them!? He would have to bend at the fucking waist just to kiss her forehead! I'm dying. Anyway, sorry for spoiling your sad mood, just funny thoughts)
Dad glared. "Where are we doing this?"
Vox smiled, still holding the dagger to Mom. "Eh, outside should be fine!"
He handed the knife to Valentino. "Keep them out of this, and kill her if anyone try's to help our little Bambi over here."
Val nodded with a smile and kneeled down next to Mom. "Not a move Rosita."
Mom ground her teeth. "You so much as touch a hair on my head and after Alastor kills Vox, he will gut you alive!"
Valentino ran the knife along her jaw. "Ohhhhh, someone is misguided! Do you really think Vox would go against Alastor without an advantage? Tsk tsk tsk! He will kill that filthy bitch the same way he died the first time."
The first time?
THE PLATE-
The plate said he died from a bullet through the head...
Mom's eyes went wide with horror. "NO! NO ALASTOR!! DON'T DO IT! COME BACK!"  she screamed as tears rolled down her cheeks.
But Dad had went outside... he couldn't hear her.
Dad... was about to die.
