Anakin gestured to his sleek black car parked nearby. "Let me drive you home."

They walked over to the car, and Anakin opened the door for her. "After you," he said, with a charming smile.
Lana slid into the passenger seat, appreciating the gesture. Anakin got in beside her, and soon they were driving through the vibrant streets of New York.

As they neared Lana's apartment, Anakin's phone buzzed with a notification. He glanced at it and frowned. "Insider New York just posted about me."
Lana's curiosity was piqued. "What did they say?"
Anakin handed her the phone, and Lana read the headline: "Anakin Skywalker Spotted Waiting Outside New York's Fanciest Restaurant! Is He Waiting for a Special Lady? Romance is in the Air!?"
Lana couldn't help but laugh. "They really don't waste any time, do they?"
Anakin chuckled, shaking his head. "No, they don't. I'll have to get this sorted out. But don't worry, I'll make sure they don't write anything about you."
Lana felt reassured. "Thank you, Anakin. I appreciate that."
The car pulled up to Lana's apartment building, and Anakin stepped out to walk her to the door. The night air was cool and crisp, the city lights casting a soft glow around them.
As they reached her door, Anakin gently brushed a strand of hair behind Lana's ear, his touch light and tender. "I had a really great time tonight, Lana."
"Me too," Lana replied, her voice almost a whisper. "Thank you for everything."
Anakin smiled, his eyes soft. "I'll call you very soon."
Lana nodded, feeling a mix of excitement and anticipation. "I am already excited."
Anakin lingered for a moment, their eyes locking in a silent exchange of mutual interest and understanding. Then, with a final smile, he turned and walked back to his car, leaving Lana standing at her door, her heart racing with the promise of what might come next.
