An Unfinished Picture

Chapter 6

Yoko"I agree to your proposal, I will pose as your girlfriend"
Hearing the Yoko's agreement to her proposal made Faye smile in great delight.

A shocked Bee "And you are???"

Yoko "Where are my manners?" "My name is Yoko Yamaguchi "
Bee "Bee Namthip"
Both shake hands politely.

Bee "Well Faye Peraya, you are full of surprises" "A Japanese girlfriend now" "You never cease to amaze me"

Faye "Please everyone sit down"
She signals the waiters to serve the drinks then the food.
When all the guests almost finished the meal

Bee asks Faye "So how do you 2 met?" "I certainly didn't hear you say anything about it"

Faye "Remember last year how I went to Japan for a bit last year? That's when we met."  Yoko nodded  "Since I couldn't stay there for long we made a pact that she would come to me and we would continue what we started last year"

For a flash moment, it took Faye to what really happened last year in Tokyo...
In a hotel room in Tokyo...
Faye"Ice,I don't want to do this anymore."
Ice"Faye,please give me more time, give us more time "
Faye"I have. Ever since we were children,I loved you,I have endured your marriage fiasco,patiently waiting for you." "Remember you are married now "
Ice"I didn't have a choice,my dad had forced me to that."  "I already hand him the divorce papers" "He wouldn't sign it" "Please!"
Faye "Enough is enough."  "Whatever is between us, is in the past. "Ice, it's over."
Faye pick up her jacket
Ice "I love you. Please don't go!"
Faye walks out of the hotel room,leaving a saddened tearful Ice.

Sensing uneasiness Faye's eyes Yoko took over.
Yoko"That's why I am here. Our love is too strong not to continue" Yoko's hand hold tightly over Faye's.

Bee"A friend of Faye is our friend." "So welcome to Bangkok and our circle " "Man! Look at the time, got to go" "I got a sunrise shoot tomorrow." "I will see you next time Faye "

With all the guests have left. Leaving only Faye Yoko Hannah at the table.

Faye " I got a few things here I got to take care. You go with miss Yoko to her hotel to collect her things." "Pay her hotel bill for me." "I will join you at home."

After sending Hannah and Yoko off, a thoughtful Faye looks at the glass of wine in front of her. She finishes off then a sound of Sunny barking brought Faye back to reality.
Faye rolled up her sleeves and picked up a checklist as she checked the various things in her restaurant.
Not too long later, Faye took her belongings and Sunny and left the restaurant. She got into her car
Faye "Sunny let's go home"
Faye drove for a bit to stop in front of a gate of a large house.
Ice is standing on a porch
Faye takes a peek at Ice through her car window
Faye thought to herself "Sorry to do this Ice but it's impossible between us" "It's an unfinished picture,you and I " Faye sighs and drove home.

Arriving back home,the van already is parked at the driveway of Faye's house. It is a a two storey house with a pool at the back of the house.
Nam the housekeeper greets Faye Hannah and Yoko.
Nam " Miss Faye, this is?"
Faye "Her name is Yoko Yamaguchi.She is going to stay with us for a while." "Please prepare the guest room for her" "Have her things sent to her room"
Nam "As you wish"
Faye goes to a closet, pulls out a pair of crutches give them to Yoko.
Faye " I know you are having trouble walking right now" "I hope this helps"
Yoko "You have crutches?" "How?"
Faye "Long story"
Hannah "It's getting late,I will see you later"
Faye "Give the staff at the studio 3 days off." They deserve it after working non stop for so long." "You as well so take a break " "Go home,spend some time with your family"
With Nam back at work preparing for Yoko and Hannah returning home,the foyer now left with Faye and Yoko.
Yoko struggled a bit but she managed to walk to the sofa for a rest.She took off her jacket to reveal a slim tank top and a very attractive figure.
Faye could not stop to look at her new house guest, but quickly looked away.

Faye "So what brought you to Bangkok?"

Yoko "I want to do some sightseeing in this city before..." "Before my other obligations start" Yoko is smart to keep her mafia family out of her words

Faye "Once again I'm sorry about what happened to you." "I will train Sunny better for sure"
Faye takes out a pair of keys from a drawer.
Faye "This is the keys to the house" "It's yours until you are fully healed,or when Doctor Wan gives the green light" "You are free to come and go as you wish." "I'm not keeping you prisoner or anything like that" "The house amenities are at your disposal" "Nam will prepare your meals,as she do mine"
Yoko "Thank you"

Shortly later...

Nam "Miss Faye,the room is ready."

Faye "Thank you Nam" "That's all for tonight" "Please set up breakfast for two in the morning"

Nam "Very well,as you wish" "Good night"

Yoko smiles and nods at Nam
Then she picks up the crutches to attempt to walk. Yoko struggles.
Seeing Yoko struggling,Faye scoops up Yoko again bridal style
Faye "Let me help you" Faye takes her up the stairs and a flash memory of what happened during dinner come back in their minds. Their fiery hot kiss.
Faye takes Yoko to her bedroom.
Faye put Yoko down at the edge of the bed.
Their faces inch close to one another, their lips lightly touches
They could almost hear each other heart beat, while feeling their pulse racing

THUMP!

THUMP! !

THUMP! ! !

The kiss seemed imminent until their rational mind kicked in and they both pulls away from each other.

Faye "Oops sorry.My mistake."

Yoko "I only agreed to be your girlfriend in the public, not here" "Have a good night Faye "

Faye "Good night Yoko" "Rest well"

Feeling slightly embarrassed Faye leave the bedroom to leave Yoko to rest.

Then Faye goes back to the large grand piano placed on one side of the living room,pour herself a glass of whiskey, took a sip,then sat down in front of the piano to play a jazz style tune "Moonlight Serenade"
Yoko having showered and cleaned, changes in to her pajamas and fall asleep to Faye's music as she is too exhausted from the day's activities.
