Some hours later
An servant brings in a tray of food for Ice,who is on the hospital bed.
Servant "Miss Ice please try to eat something,you haven't eaten anything in 3 days" "If you don't eat something Khun Benjamin is going to scold us.Please!"
Ice "What is the use of any eating when I don't want to live anyways "
Servant "Miss Ice Please!"
Coming back from Faye's No Limits Khun Benjamin...
Benjamin "Have she eaten anything yet?"
Servant "No Khun Benjamin, she hasn't" "I'm sorry, I tried"
Benjamin "That's alright, I don't blame you" "Do me a favor, bring miss Ice a fresh plate" "This one is getting cold"
Moments later, the servant takes a fresh plate. Benjamin takes the plate and places it on the side table
Benjamin "My daughter, please try to eat something"
Ice turns the opposite side to Benjamin.
Benjamin is trying so hard but is failing to get his daughter Ice to take in any food.
Benjamin "Sweetheart please try to eat something!" "Anything at all I will get it for you."
Ice "What is the point of eating when I want to die already"
Benjamin "Please don't say that. You are my only child,how am I going to live on when you are gone?"
A voice from afar came in to the hospital room
"He's right you know. How are we going to live without you?"
Ice wondered who the voice belongs.
Dressed in a white shirt with a black suit jacket and navy blue jeans, Faye walks into the hospital room
Since coming back to Tokyo, Yoko has been either keeping herself immersed in work,whether that is settling disputes amongst the members in their organization and acquiring new territory,or completely shutting everyone out in her wing of the house. The only people who can get close to Yoko is her own 2 loyal servant Taro and Hitomi.
One day,a delivery company brought a box.
Taro and Hitomi opens the box
It reveals a white kimono for bride
Taro and Hitomi hangs on the special rack that came with it.
Taro "Wow!"
Hitomi "Looks so beautiful"
Taro "Master Yoko will look so beautiful in this"
Noticing the commotion in the house Yoko came into the house from the garden.
Yoko "What is this?"
Hitomi "Master Yoko, this came for you"
Yoko stares at the white kimono,the painful reminder of the reality that is waiting for her.
Sayuri Yamaguchi's entourage comes home. She walks up to Yoko.
Sayuri "Only the best kimono for my daughter will do" "You will look so beautiful in this."
Yoko "No matter how I look, it won't matter anymore" I won't be able to wear this for the one I love ever"
Sayuri "Now I know what happened in Bangkok and I have to say you made the right decision" "To come back to the family" "I am proud of your growth. Now you are ready to be the proper heir to the family business" "You are thinking for the family"
A silent tear came out of Yoko's eyes, but she quickly wiped it away.
Yoko "The wedding is in a few days. Let's get this going"
Now the butler of the Yamaguchi house came to announce that dinner is ready.
Yoko "Excuse me, I'm going to refresh myself. I will join you in a bit"
Yoko went to the bathroom, shut the door and wept.
An knock on the door reminds Yoko that others has to use the bathroom as well so Yoko washed her face hands and went to join her mother at the dinner table.
A shocked Ice seeing Faye walk closer "Faye...What are you doing here?"
Faye "Have you thought how your death would have affect us,those people who love you?" "Your pain would have become our pain if you kill yourself"
Ice "You said you want me to live, what do I have to live for?" "Who do I have to live for?" "No one"
Faye grabbed Ice's face and kissed her
Faye "Is this enough reason?"
Ice "Faye..."
Faye "To live for me?" "You were my first love.If you die then a part of me dies" "You can't leave me like that. I won't let it"
Ice" What about earlier? You said..."
Faye "I'm sorry, I should have been more thoughtful when I said that." "Please forgive me" "Please allow me to make it up to you"
Faye took out a small box,opened it to reveal a ring.
Faye "This is for you. Sorry. I know it's 10 yrs late." "Will you Marry me?"
Ice "Faye..."
Note : Sorry for the delay. I was having a case of "Writer's block" where for the lack of words I was stuck. Now I am getting back a little.
