In the evening, Rohan came home to pick Aisha up. Entering the house, he saw Aarav sitting on the couch playing with his mobile.

Rohan asked, "Where's Aisha?"

Aarav looked up with a playful smile. "Oh ho, just entered and already asking about Aisha?"

Rohan replied, "Just answer what I asked."

Aarav chuckled, "Okay, okay, no need to be so angry. She must be in the kitchen."

Rohan went into the kitchen and saw Aisha making something. She wasn't ready for dinner.

He entered and said, "You're not ready yet? It's 7 pm."

Aisha looked up, surprised. "Oh, sorry, sorry. I forgot about the dinner. Just give me 5 to 10 minutes. I'll be ready."

She instructed the cook and then headed to their room to get ready. Rohan followed her and sat on the couch, waiting.

A few minutes later, Aisha emerged, dressed in a stunning, elegant evening gown that accentuated her graceful figure. Her hair was styled in soft waves, and she wore subtle, yet striking makeup that highlighted her features beautifully.

Rohan stood up, captivated by her appearance. He went near her and whispered in her ear, "You do this to me purposely because you know that I won't be able to control myself."

Aisha, feeling nervous, turned away from him and said, "You... you... stop flirting and stop with your cheesy lines. Let's go."

Rohan leaned towards her and said, "I think this cheesy line worked because you're blushing, wifey."

Hearing the word "wifey" from Rohan's mouth, Aisha looked him in the eyes and stammered, "You... you... y..."

Before she could finish, Rohan grabbed her by the waist and pulled her closer, saying, "Yes, you are mine, only mine," and started kissing her.

Aisha was not expecting this, and her eyes widened in surprise as Rohan kissed her. After their kiss, Aisha pulled away in anger and said, "What is this behavior, Rohan?"

Rohan replied, "What? Can't I kiss my own wife?"

Aisha hesitated and stammered, "Y-yes... but... but..." She didn't know what to say, so she left the room without another word and went out to the garden to clear her mind.

Now, Aisha was in the garden, sitting on a bench and reflecting on what had just happened. As she tried to gather her thoughts, her phone buzzed with a group video call from her two best friends, Anika and Priya.

Anika started teasing, "You mean girl, you forgot us after your marriage!"

Priya chimed in, "Yeah, she got her husband, so she forgot us..."

Anika noticed Aisha's distressed expression. "Aisha, what's wrong? You look like you've seen a ghost!"

Priya added, "Yeah, spill the beans! What's going on?"

Aisha sighed, feeling a wave of relief wash over her at the sight of her friends. "It's Rohan... He kissed me."

Anika replied, "Look, Aisha, now he is your husband. You have to accept the marriage; it's your destiny, bro."

Aisha responded, "Yeah, I know, but it's too fast for me. You know how much time I take to accept new people in my life."

Priya said, "Yes, dude, but it's been six months now. You have to accept him."

Anika agreed, "Yes, I'm trying to, but it's going too fast. You know what? Today he gave me an application form for my master's and said I could pursue my dreams. So we had a conversation, and then I told him let's start fresh and be friends. But now he kissed me; that's too much for me. I mean, I used to hate that person for ruining my life."

Anika replied, "But he's not ruining your life. He said you could pursue your dreams. You know what, Aisha? You are very lucky. There are very few guys like him, so value him."

Aisha said, "You don't know him, bro. It might be another trick. He challenged me before that he would make me fall for him. You know the guys with manipulation tricks."

Priya said, "Anika, I'm telling you, this girl has gone crazy with trust issues. Bro, he might have said that in the heat of the moment."

Aisha said, "Priya, you don't know these guys. They can do anything to win challenges."

As Rohan was hearing all this from behind—because as Aisha left the room, he followed her—the voice came from behind. "I honestly said that in the heat of the moment, and if you want to take things slow, we will take it slow. And I am sorry for my behavior."

While coming closer to Aisha, she heard and recognized the familiar voice. It was none other than Rohan, standing behind her. Aisha looked at him and immediately remembered her friends were on the call.

She quickly said, "Hey, guys, this is Rohan."

Anika and Priya smiled and greeted him. "Hi, Rohan!"

Rohan smiled warmly. "Hi, Anika and Priya. Nice to finally meet you, even if it's through a screen."

Anika, always the playful one, said, "So, Rohan, we've heard a lot about you. You're quite the charmer, huh?"

Rohan chuckled. "I try my best. Aisha keeps me on my toes."

Priya added, "Well, you must be something special to get our Aisha all worked up."

Rohan glanced at Aisha with a soft smile. "She's pretty special herself."

Aisha blushed slightly but maintained her composure. "Okay, enough with the compliments.Don't you guys have work to do?"

Anika laughed, "Alright, alright. We just wanted to make sure you're okay."

Priya nodded. "Yeah, and remember, we're always here for you."

Aisha smiled. "Thanks, guys. I appreciate it."

Rohan added, "It was nice meeting you both. Take care."

As the call ended, Aisha felt a bit more at ease, glancing at Rohan. "Let's go for the dinner"

As they settled into the cozy ambiance of the restaurant, Rohan and Aisha found themselves in a playful yet romantic banter.

Rohan picked up the menu and grinned mischievously. "So, what's the plan, Mrs. Raichand? Should I order for both of us?"

Aisha chuckled softly. "Nice try, but I can handle the menu, thank you."

Rohan leaned in, his eyes gleaming with affection. "Alright, alright. But you know, I have a knack for picking the best dishes."

Aisha raised an eyebrow teasingly. "Is that so? Are you implying you have better taste than me?"

Rohan pretended to ponder this seriously. "Well, when it comes to food, maybe not. But when it comes to certain other things..."

Aisha blushed, playfully nudging him with her foot under the table. "Stop it, Rohan. We're in public."

Rohan smiled, his tone turning more earnest. "Okay, okay, I'll behave. But speaking of tomorrow..."

Aisha looked at him curiously. "What about tomorrow?"

Rohan took her hand across the table, his touch gentle yet firm. "I've been thinking. Since you're starting your Masters soon, why don't I drop you off at college and pick you up every day? It'll give us more time together."

Rohan squeezed her hand gently. "I want to support you in pursuing your dreams, Aisha. And besides, I want to make up for everything, if you'll let me."

Aisha met his gaze, seeing the sincerity in his eyes. "I... I appreciate that, Rohan. Thank you."

Their dinner arrived, and they continued to enjoy their meal, occasionally stealing glances and sharing small, tender smiles. As they finished their dessert, Aisha couldn't help but feel a glimmer of hope that maybe, just maybe, they could find their way through this together.
