The next morning, everything was as usual at the Raichand household. The sun filtered through the curtains, casting a warm glow in the rooms.
Rohan was the first to wake up, his routine unwavering. He got ready for work and headed downstairs to find his father, Mr. Raichand, already seated at the breakfast table, engrossed in the newspaper.
"Morning, Dad," Rohan greeted, pouring himself a cup of coffee.
"Morning, son," Mr. Raichand replied, not looking up from the news.
Aarav, only two years younger than Rohan and still in the learning phase at the family business, soon joined them. He was dressed in a sharp suit, trying to emulate his older brother's impeccable style.
"Morning, everyone," Aarav said, grabbing a piece of toast from the table.
Mrs. Raichand entered the room, holding a tray of freshly made parathas. "Good morning, boys.
Rohan and aarav greeted back "good morning mom "
Aisha appeared next, looking fresh and radiant. She exchanged a brief, meaningful glance with Rohan, remembering their conversation from the previous night. "Good morning, everyone," she said, taking a seat next to Rohan.
Good morning, Aisha," Mrs. Raichand replied warmly.
The family enjoyed a hearty meal together, engaging in light conversation about the day ahead. Mr. Raichand discussed some upcoming projects with Rohan, while Mrs. Raichand reminded Aarav about a few tasks he needed to complete at the office.
After breakfast, Mr. Raichand left for the office first, followed by Aarav, who was eager to learn and contribute more each day. "See you later, Aisha," Aarav said with a friendly wave before heading out.
Rohan turned to Aisha. "Ready to go?" he asked, referring to their arrangement.
Aisha nodded, feeling a mixture of anticipation and nervousness. "Yes, let's go."
Rohan grabbed the car keys, and they walked out to the driveway together. As they drove to the college, Rohan couldn't help but glance at Aisha, who was looking out the window, lost in thought.
"Hey," Rohan said softly, "I meant what I said last night. I'm here for you."
Aisha turned to him, offering a small, appreciative smile. "I know, Rohan. Thank you."
They reached the college, and Rohan walked her to the entrance. "Have a great day, Aisha. I'll be here to pick you up later."
Aisha nodded, feeling a sense of support she hadn't anticipated. "You too, Rohan. See you later."
As Rohan drove away, Aisha entered the college, ready to embark on her new journey, with the lingering hope that things might just get better from here.
Aisha entered the college, her heart pounding with a mix of excitement and nervousness. The bustling hallways were filled with students, some chatting animatedly while others hurried to their classes. She took a deep breath, clutching her books to her chest, and made her way to her first class.
As she walked into the lecture hall, she scanned the room for an empty seat. Her eyes landed on a friendly-looking girl with curly hair and a bright smile who was waving at her from an empty seat beside her.
"Hi! Are you new here too?" the girl asked as Aisha approached.
"Yes, it's my first day," Aisha replied, sitting down and feeling a bit more at ease.
"Mine too! I'm Meera," the girl said, extending her hand.
"Aisha," she replied, shaking Meera's hand with a smile.
As the professor began the lecture, Aisha and Meera exchanged whispers, getting to know each other. They found out they had similar interests in literature and music, which made the conversation flow easily.
During a break between classes, Meera suggested they grab a coffee from the campus café. Aisha agreed, and they made their way through the courtyard, chatting animatedly.
"So, what made you decide to pursue your master's here?" Meera asked as they settled at a table with their drinks.
Aisha hesitated for a moment before answering. "Well, it's a bit of a long story. Let's just say I had some help and encouragement from someone who believed in me."
Meera smiled. "That sounds nice. It's always good to have supportive people in your life."
Aisha nodded, thinking about Rohan and the unexpected turn their relationship had taken. "Yeah, it is."
As the day went on, Aisha felt increasingly comfortable in her new environment. Meera introduced her to a few other classmates, and they all got along well. They shared notes, exchanged phone numbers, and made plans to study together.By the time Aisha's classes ended, she felt a sense of accomplishment and relief. She walked out of the building, her steps lighter than they had been in the morning. Rohan was waiting for her outside, leaning against the car with a smile.
"How was your first day?" he asked as she approached.
"It was great," Aisha replied, feeling genuinely happy.
Rohan opened the car door for her, his smile widening. "I'm glad to hear that.
