_________________________________________________The next morning, the groom's family was bustling with excitement as they prepared to board their chartered flight. The arrangement had been meticulously planned, ensuring a seamless and luxurious journey for the families. They had booked chartered flights to avoid any last-minute hassles and to make the experience truly special.
As they reached the private terminal of the airport, the sleek, elegant aircraft stood waiting on the tarmac, adorned with a discreet yet sophisticated logo of the charter company.
As the families gathered near the chartered flight, Abhiman paced back and forth, checking his watch for the tenth time.
"Ye ladki vale kab aayenge?" he asked again, his impatience evident.
["When will the girl's side family come?"]
"Ladki wale ya ladki ki dost?" Nirmay whispered with a sly smile.
[Girl's side of girl's friend.]
"Ladki wale," Abhiman snapped back, glaring at him.
"Arre Abhiman, they are coming! Have some patience," Naina called out from a distance.
"Why are you so excited? Tu Nrimay se jyada uchal raha hai. Koi hai kya waha?” Smita teased, noticing his anxious demeanour.
[Is there someone?]
"Haan haan Aunty," Vanika said, just arriving, her tone mischievous.
[There is aunty.]
"What?" Smita asked, confused.
"Iska matlab Haan... Abhiman sir is eagerly waiting for all of us. So, here we are!" Vanika quickly covered up.
"Nice cover," Ayushman murmured under his breath.
"What?" Smita asked again, looking bewildered.
"Oh, I was just telling Bhabhi that her phone cover is nice. Nice cover, Bhabhi," Ayushman said, trying to divert attention.
The group chuckled as they entered the flight. The inside of the aircraft was spacious and luxurious, with plush seats and elegant decor. Ishana, trying to keep up with everyone, tripped slightly but was caught by Smita, who steadied her by the shoulders.
"You?" Smita asked, her eyes narrowing in recognition.
"Aunty, I...," Ishana began, trying to think of a plausible excuse.
"Oh, you’re Vanika's friend, right?" Smita said, her expression softening.
"Yes, Aunty," Ishana replied, relieved.
"Beta aunty kya hota hai? Mai to budhiya hun na?" Smita teased, her tone light but her words sharp.
"Maa, why are you talking like this?" Abhiman intervened, clearly uncomfortable with his mother’s tone.
"Haan aunty, don't say like this, abhiman ko bura lagega.s" Naina added, trying to lighten the mood.
"What?" Smita asked, now thoroughly confused.
"Nothing. Ishana, come and sit," Naina said, guiding her friend to a seat.
Just then, Ishana's grandmother, Ragini, entered with Anjali. The room buzzed with curiosity as Anjali introduced her.
