The hotel's grand hall buzzed with the murmur of conversations and the soft clinking of cutlery from the adjacent restaurant.  Adarsh, tall and confident, entered the hall with Nirmay, his cousin, by his side. Their laughter echoed lightly, drawing the attention of a few guests.

Naina and Nitya, dressed casually for their quick shopping trip, were heading towards the exit. Her eyes suddenly caught sight of Adarsh.

Time seemed to slow for Naina. Her breath hitched, and her heart skipped a beat. Adarsh’s easy smile, his expressive eyes, and the way he carried himself with such natural grace left her captivated. The world around her faded into the background; all she could see was Adarsh.

Nitya looked at Naina and tugged at her arm. “Oyee chal yaar, we are getting late” She pulled a bit too forcefully, and Naina lost her balance, landing on the floor with a soft thud.

Hearing the commotion, Nirmay and Adarsh turned back. “Tu gir kaise gayi? Thik hai na tu?” Nirmay asked, concern evident in his voice.

["How did you fell? Are you ok?"]

Trying to hide her embarrassment, Naina quickly said, “Wo…mai giri thodi thi, wo mai floor saaf kar  rahi thi.” She glanced at Adarsh, hoping he wouldn’t think she was clumsy.

["I didn't fall. I was cleaning the floor ."]

“kyu? Tu kya kaam vali bai hai?” Nirmay taunted.

["Are you a worker here?"]

"Nahi..wo thoda ganda tha to socha mai hi kar deti hun. Vaise bhi you know how much I like cleanliness." Naina said , trying to sound casual.

[No the floor was little untidy."]

"Haan I know..tabhi apna room ek ek hafte tak saaf nahi karti." Nirmay said , sarcastically.

[" Yes that's why you don't clean your room for weeks."]

"Shut up!" Naina said , her cheeks flushed with embarassment.

Just then, Abhiman appeared from the other side of the hall. “Arre Naina, tu gir kaise gayi?”

[Naina , how did you fell?"]

Naina felt her face flush with frustration. “Vaise kisi ko fikar nhi hoti, aaj hi sabko ho rahi…baar baar batane ki kya jaroorat uske samne ki mai gir gayi hun,” she muttered to herself.

Aloud, she repeated, “Mai giri nhi, sandle sahi kar rahi thi.”

["I was fixing my sandal."]

“Abhi tune bola ki you were cleaning the floor,” Nirmay pointed out, confusion creasing his brow.

“Arre Bhai, I was doing both. Khush ?” She retorted, standing up and dusting herself off.

Trying to smooth over the situation, Nirmay introduced everyone . “Ye mera cousin hain, masi ka ladka, Adarsh. Aur ye dono mere best friend hain, Abhiman.”

[He is my cousin Adarsh , and Adarsh they both are my best friends."]

“Hey Adarsh,” Abhiman greeted warmly, extending his hand.

“Hello Abhiman,” Adarsh replied with a friendly smile, shaking Abhiman's hand.

“And she is Naina,” Nirmay continued, gesturing towards Naina.
