The morning sun cast a soft, golden glow over the training camp as everyone gathered by the bus. The air was thick with a blend of emotions – nostalgia, pride, and a touch of sadness. Each trainee wore a reflective expression, the weight of the past weeks evident in their eyes.

“Bhai, bus ka gate itna upar hai. Mai gir jaungi to dimag bahar aa jayega sar ke,” Vanika said, looking apprehensive.

[Bro, the bus door is so high up. If I fall, my head will be outside.]

“Uske liye hona bhi chahiye,” Aditya retorted with a smirk.

["For that, you need to have a brain in the first place."]

“Khud ki tareef nahi karte bhai, isse apne muh miya mitthu ban na kehte hain,” Vanika responded, giving him a tight-lipped smile.

[Bro, you should not praising yourself .]

“Fast everyone... we don't have all day,” Nirmay called out, urging everyone to hurry.

Abhiman was assisting everyone as they boarded the bus since it was a bit slippery and the step was quite high. Vanika held his hand as she climbed aboard, followed by Ishana, who was blushing as she approached.

“Ishana, why are you standing like this? Jaldi aao,” Abhiman said, extending his hand to her. She hesitantly gave her hand to him, and as he pulled her up, her foot slipped. Abhiman instinctively wrapped his arms around her waist, catching her. They stood there, looking into each other’s eyes, a different feeling stirring within Abhiman.

The other candidates noticed and exchanged mischievous glances. Sakshi, smirking, secretly clicked a picture of the moment.

Nirmay approached them and said in a low voice, “Abhiman, leave her now. Sab neeche khade hokar wait kar rahe hain,” making them aware of their surroundings. They quickly released each other and cleared their throats.

[Everyone is waiting .]

“Be careful,” Abhiman said, and Ishana nodded, clutching her bag as she made her way to her seat.

As the bus began to roll down the winding road away from the training camp, an unusual silence settled over the group. The familiar hum of conversations and laughter had faded, replaced by a reflective stillness.

"Why are we sitting silently? Kuch baatein karte hain. Aur Vani, tujhe kya hua? Tu kyun itni chup hai?" Aditya asked, his voice cutting through the silence.

[Let's talk. And Vani, what's wrong? Why are you so quiet?]

Vanika, her eyes gazing out of the window, turned back with a sad smile. "Yaar, 11 months kaise beet gaye pata hi nahi chala," she said, her tone tinged with melancholy.

[Dude, how did 11 months go by without us realizing it?]

"Kaise matlab? Jaise beet ta hai waise hi beet gaye," Aditya replied, shrugging as if it were the most obvious thing in the world.

[What do you mean? They just passed like time passes.]

Vanika's expression shifted from sadness to irritation. "Abhi yahi se joota phek ke marungi, muh chappal se joote jaisa ho jayega tera."

[Now I'll throw my shoe at you, your face will become like a shoe.]

Ishana, sitting beside her, chimed in with a grin, "Uska muh already joote jaisa hai."
