Taisho Secrets— The Queen:
We all need to give demons some love.... So here is some information about our precious Kimiko;
Kimiko is a pretty new demon, being turned into one at the age of 19. Before her death, she was 27.
Backstory:
Being born from a single mother, Kimiko's father left his daughter and wife when Kimiko was only 6. Her father didn't leave any money for them to thrive, so Kimiko and her mother had no choice but to offer themselves as personal servants for small amounts of cash, often putting in hours of labour to get a few coins. It was when Ryota's family took them in, offering generous donations and gifts as payment for their work ((unlike the other families who wanted their services)). After some time, Kimiko grew a liking to Ryota, as Ryota did as well. He promised to marry Kimiko when they would grow older, and would give her all the money and love in the world.
A few years after Kimiko and her mother were given a property by Ryota's family, Kimiko's mother was still fascinated by the topic of wealth. So, when buying a new kimono for herself, she ran into Seiji, the son of a widely known businessman with a high status of success and wealth.
Despite knowing about Ryota's promise, Kimiko's mother decided to place her daughter into an arranged marriage with Seiji. She believed that soon Ryota's family would fall from wealth, and eventually become poor, therefore not giving her or her daughter the life they deserved. This is where the flashback began.
When Kimiko's mother heard her statement about running away, she was furious. She thought; 'I will not let my daughter keep me from the life I need.'
So, what did she do? Well, she just cut ties with Ryota and his family. And whenever he would try to speak with Kimiko, she would place doses of poison in their personal garden, mostly their crops that they would eat that day. This caused only Ryota's death, as his parents were shopping at the time.
After one week of Kimiko's departure, she decided she would bring Ryota along to live in their new house, a building that was abandoned but still in good shape in the fields ((the same house that Fukurō found her)). Upon seeing his dead body, Kimiko dropped to the ground, breaking down hysterically. When going to confront her mother, she mysteriously disappeared.
After planning to take her own life in grief, she had run into Muzan. She was still extremely furious and emotional, so Kimiko attempted to physically harm him when he would continue to try to convince her to become a demon. Either way, she still became a demon, claiming the BDA of a bee ((with functional wings, antennae, mandibles, and pitch-black eyes)).
She moved into the abandoned home that she had found, and sadly obliviously endured the illusionary gas. Because she was living inside the house for so long, the gas permanently altered her brain, affecting the environment around her ((in her eyes)), even if she wasn't in the house.
Preferences and why: Adult women, as she believed that they would challenge her for her title as Queen. Children, but she would never know. When recruiting underlings, the gas made her believe she would safely bring them back to her home when she was really eating them, thinking they were Demon Slayers.
Taisho Secrets— Kimetsu Academy Design:
I know this arc was pretty short, so I hope this will make up for the lack of chapters!
((Smiling Kimetsu Academy Fukurō?? <3))
((The skirt and hand were so hard to draw aaaaaaaaaa 🥲))
I hope you like it! Under some Taisho Secrets Chapters, there will be some fun stories to read in the Kimetsu Academy universe!
((Please excuse the odd-looking manga panels in chapters, I draw them myself and I try to get them to fit into the story in some way, like an actual manga))
