"Kazekachi-san sure does sleep for quite a while, doesn't she?" Minorikoji looked at Aoi, who was opening the windows of the room to let the cool breeze hit the walls. It had been almost two days since the Kakushi brought the group to the Butterfly Mansion.
"I guess so. She sleeps messily too. She always wakes up all over the bed." Aoi replied blankly, "She must be tired. Out of the four of you, she was the most injured." She sighed, a destinctive frown on her face from concern.
"That explains why she passed out three times." Minorikoji reaches out to place his hand on Fukurō's shoulder, but Aoi slaps it away before he could. "Three?!" Aoi repeated in a hushed voice, adjusting Fukurō's clumping blanket while Minorikoji retreated his palm, "Hai." He answered, looking away from Aoi's hard gaze, "Two during the mission and once while the Kakushi brought us here."
Aoi crossed her arms while looking down at Fukurō's peaceful behaviour, "Constant unconciousness and smoke inhalation as well.. She's going to be in bed for a few days. After going unconscious so many times, I'm surprised she held on. Fukurō-chan sure is strong."
"I should have stayed with her. But she insisted I helped the others."
Aoi nodded while shrugging, "Fukurō-chan is just like that. If there was an opportunity to help, she'd take it. One time, Fukurō-chan saw me doing laundry with the other girls. She started hanging up every single cloth to dry without hesitation and wouldn't listen to our protests, even taking the ones already in our arms." Aoi chuckled, "Her stubbornness got ahead of her, and she ended up having to try to dry off her damp top."
"So.. I'm sure that Fukurō-chan means well, even when she seems dense at times. And trust me, I've known her for a whole year, so I know. She is really a sweet girl at heart."
Minorikoji smiled, remembering the stubborn look Fukurō had as she constantly ordered him around. 'So I was right— Fukurō-san actually is just a gentle zephyr, even though she acts like a hurricane.' He laughed to himself, imagining a silent Fukurō hanging lines of cloth as shouts of protests burst the peace in the background,"Arigatō, Kanzaki-san." He looked back at Fukurō.
"Mhm." Aoi turned her head away, walking out of the room.

Oddly enough, Kanao felt curious to see Fukurō. She didn't see the usual Aoi-and-Fukurō friend interaction lately, and even the other girls went to go check on her, only to walk straight out. Fukurō's Kasugai Crow, which Kanao didn't know the name of, only made small chat with Shinobu's, unlike other days where Fukurō was found around the mansion.
"..?" Kanao peeped her head out the door frame, arms covered by the white cloak she wore. Her boots clacked against the bare floor as she shyly made her way towards Fukurō's bedside. Should she wake her? Only the coin could decide.
ting!
The sound of the coin flicking to the air took Kanao slightly aback. Would she wake the girl from her slumber? She hurriedly flipped the coin on her hand over, letting a breath out as it told her not to.
Timidly hoping she hadn't woken Fukurō up, Kanao scurried out the door, almost bumping into somebody. She remembered him from Final Selection. Didn't Fukurō confront him? Well, she bowed her head anyway, and went on her way after she had done so.
Genya froze up, bowing his head to Kanao nervously in an apologetic manner. When the girl left, he quickly strolled into the room, face red as it was before.
".. fwoo.." He let out the breath he held, slumping down on the bed he had slept in. Everyone was acting normal for the past couple days after the mission. Was Fukurō the only one who saw him like that? Did she see him at all?
