It's finally Friday, I road with 'Olivia and Gwen' after school but it was just the Alvarez' and Zolton.
Siri had a doctor's appointment so she met us at Aaliyah's who drove herself. We all wanted to get homework done first then have fun so we are all currently sitting in the Solomon library with Aaliyah's speaker on full blast.
We all have homework like always and it being Thanksgiving break we do have a longer time to do it but who wants to wait till the last second?
Ali sets her book down with a loud bang startling the rest of us. "Who's ready to order food make some cocktails and watch shrek!" We all laugh but all agree we're ready to be done with homework.
We end up ordering a shit tone of food, we got like every kind of dumplings, pot stickers, wontons, like 8 different kinds of soup, orange chicken, king poa chicken, sweet and sour pork, a little hot pot, egg rolls, spring rolls, every kind of lo mein, fried rice and rice.
We couldn't get any alcohol so we're stuck with mock-tails, Siri found a few recipes so we all could make all of them and make 6 so we all can have some.
So Zolton is in charge of making the Citrus Rosemary, Chloe is making a cranberry sangria, Ali is making a wild raspberry hibiscus drink.
Marco has the berry ginger beer mocktail, Siri is making a virgin margarita, and I'm making a Rosemary Pom Spritzer.
"Ok, do we still wanna watch shrek or should we switch it up?" Ali asks as we all set the drinks down on the coffee table next to the charcuterie board of chips and candy Chloe and Siri made.
"Yeah, we could watch all the avengers movies." Chloe says and we all agree because it the avengers. Duh.
Once food gets here we all sit and set up the movie, Chloe and Siri are snuggled together on the end.
Ali and Zolton cuddling then Marco and I on the other side of the love birds in the corner.
Marco and I are sharing a blanket, we have our legs sticking out in front of us on the L part of the couch. Thankfully it's dark other wise you'd see my face is bright ass red, like ahhhhhhhh.
As we eat the take out and watch avengers with the fire place on I feel a sense of pride from what I've done, I've made friends in a brand new place across the country from where I grew up.
I feel Marco's eyes as I wipe a small tear that escaped my eyes. I look over and smile at him, all I can see is admiration in his eyes making me blush more.
He wraps his arm around my shoulder pulling me towards him, I lay my head on his chest, butterflies going ballistic.
The smile on my face not coming off anytime soon. He moves his arm from my shoulder to my waist and we lay there in silence watching the movie.
He leans down his lips almost touching my ear. "You know you're beautiful right?" His words send shivers down my spine, i look up at him making eye contact.
"Thank you." I match his soft quiet voice and lay my head back down wrapping my arm around his stomach. His hands play with my hair, as I have a little snack of sour gummy worms.
I feel the buzz of my phone in my pajamas pants pocket, I pull it out and see that Gabby and Jules a texted me.

I sit up abruptly as gabby texts a picture of the plane ticket Kenna has. "Excuse me." I say standing up and walking to the kitchen a little ways away from the living room, dialing Kenna's number.
"Girl" I almost shout when she picks up.
"What?" I can hear she's smiling knowing exactly what I'm talking about.
"You're coming to New York!" I'm jumping up and down excited to see one of my besties.
"I am aren't I, ahhhhh." I giggle and jump.
"Oh and how are you doing with Harley?" I freeze, a large sigh comes out.
"I'm fine, I'm doing good, I've gotten over it, mostly." I can feel her smile on the other side of the phone.
"Well, good but I have to go, love you, see you soon." "Love you, bye." I hang up and go back to the living room where Age of Ultron plays.
"Who was that?" A curious Siri asks as I come back in. I shrug, "oh no one just my friend Kenna." She nods before looking at Marco raising her eyebrows in a teasing way.
I laugh before sitting down and regaining my old position with my head on Marco and my arm wrapped around his stomach.
As the movie comes to an end my eyes become heavy, I'm in the most comfortable position ever and with friends and a cute guy on a comfort couch and a cozy blanket.
As I fall asleep I fall asleep happy.
