its Christmas Eve!!!!
The sleepover was great and Gio's birthday day was great. "Adri come on!" I hear Gabby yell from downstairs.
"Sorry I have to go." I blow a kiss to Marco on the other end of the phone. "Bye, Addy." I hang up, butterflies in my stomach blfo my new nickname.
I run down stairs to the kitchen. "Finally. You guys ready?" Jules says putting her hands are her hips.
It's the first Christmas without mom, we always make cookies, as many kinds as we can afford to make. But this year we don't need to worry about money.

We have a good list, the ones underlined are the have to makes. "We should divide and conquer, we have like 6 stand mixers so we're good on those's and the cooks got extra flour and sugar." I kinda wanna do it on my own because Julie is the biggest control freak ever.
"Yeah I'm down." "Ok." Julie isn't too happy with the idea but we do it anyways.
Julie took Snickerdoodle's, Sugar, chocolate chip, and Macarons. Gabby took brownie, peanut butter chocolate, mint chocolate chip, and fudge cookies.
I took the left overs peanut butter blossoms, chocolate, lemon, and raspberry crinkles, and double chocolate chip.
I start to mix up the wets and drys for the double chocolate chip cookies, combining them in the mixer.
Within a few hours the whole house smelled like cookies, and that's saying something because the house is literally huge.
I'm texting with Marco as I wait for my cookies to be done. He's all alone for a few hours because well I'm not sure why but he is.
