Chapter 63: Thoughts...

The day wasn't done just yet, they were just getting started! Izuku felt really happy spending the day with Katsuki, he hasn't had this much of a good day in so long but if he thought about it, all his good days all involved the blonde. The realization made him blush as they walked to the place Katsuki told the smaller where they would eat since he said it was really good and he trusted him so he followed. 

When they got there, Katsuki said his name before they were escorted to a spot near the window and they sat comfortably while facing each other. 

"T- the pl- place looks r- really n- ni- nice, Ka- Kacchan." Izuku muttered quietly as he looked around

"Yeah, the hag and old man likes to go here for their sappy dates. Need to have a reservation to get in." The blonde told him making the smaller gasp

"Th- that's t- too fa- fancy!" Izuku exclaimed in a whisper as he looked at Katsuki who just chuckled

"Don't worry about it, Zuku. Just wanted to treat you to somewhere nice." He said

The statement made the butterflies in Izuku's stomach erupt, why was he so sweet? 

"O- okay... bu- but I'll p- pay yo- you b- back s- so- sometime!" The smaller told him

"You can pay me back in a different way." Katsuki replied

"H- how?" Izuku asked

"I'll tell you later." Katsuki said

"Yo- you be- better! I.. I s- should be t- the o- one t- treating you, I- I as- asked yo- you o- out." Izuku pouted

"So fucking adorable for no reason." Katsuki grumbled as he reached over and pinched Izuku's cheek making him whine

"Just let me treat you right now, okay?" The blonde said as he looked into those green doe eyes that never fail to captivate and pull him in

"A- alright." Izuku relented with an obedient nod

"Good boy." Katsuki grinned making Izuku blush 

Their menus were given to them soon after and they ordered whatever they wanted, well Katsuki did for the both of them. Izuku felt a little ashamed to speak in such a luxurious space. Katsuki happily helped him with it though and he couldn't be more thankful. The waiter took their orders and went on their way leaving the two alone at their table once again.

"Sorry about Ma earlier, she always likes to do that shit." Katsuki told Izuku referring to Mitsuki teasing them earlier this morning about wearing protection and implying that they're going to have sexual intercourse

"A- ah, it's o- okay K- Kacchan! I kn- knew A- Auntie wa- was j- ju- just being p- playful." Izuku replied, waving his hands around. He didn't mind it although he was indeed embarrassed about the implication but... that wasn't a bad thing either. Izuku has had some thoughts, okay!

"Well, if it gets overboard, don't hesitate to tell me 'kay? Shouldn't tolerate that shit especially if it gets too much. Could be borderline harassment at some point." The blonde sternly said

"Al- alright, K- Kacchan. I p- promise, th- thank y- you for ca- caring." Izuku softly smiled at the taller sitting across him

"Don't mention it. Would do a fuck ton for ya, Zuku. It's what friends are for." The taller huffed proudly making the green haired giggle which he found cute

"Wouldn't mind being more though." Katsuki muttered moments before their food arrived and was placed on their table leaving Izuku speechless and just dumbfounded as they were left alone once more

He couldn't say a thing as they just started eating for now since they're both starving. They ate quietly because they were both deep in their own thoughts. Katsuki was internally scolding himself. He can't believe he just fucking said that, it just came out of his mouth before he could even stop it! Such a dumbass move, Katsuki! You haven't even shown you liked him, haven't done shit to prove it to him! For all he knows, Izuku might not like him back. That would hurt... but still! He's some asshole that somehow softened up when this green haired man appeared. He would do fucking everything for him, defend him from every bad thing in this fucked up world. He deserves everything that's good that this world has to offer. Yet, he thinks that he doesn't deserve the smaller. He's too good, way too good for him. 

At the same time, Izuku's gears were turning. Katsuki really said that? What did that mean? Did it even mean anything in the first place? Was he thinking too much about this? Surely not, right? ...right? It was all jumbled in his mind now, nothing made sense! Was it even a possibility that such a man like Katsuki would like him back? He's just way out of his league, he deserves someone better, way better. He's so handsome, so smart, so majestic, just... so perfect! And Izuku was just himself. He's not someone special, he doesn't have anything to give the blonde besides his love and care. 

To say the least, both of them were having thoughts. The other wasn't aware of it but thoughts nonetheless.

The two had eaten until they were done, the blonde paying for everything and they were on their way home before they knew it. Taking the bus once again, sitting beside one another as they stayed quiet until it was broken.

A/N: Hey y'all, thanks for waiting for this chap! I changed my schedule (as if I had one in the first place) but I usually posted on Mondays at my time but I'll be posting on Fridays starting this week! I won't be making any promises though since I'll be starting college soon for accountancy lol. I've still got a few more chapters already written so ofc I'll be publishing those on time, after that though, especially when college starts, it'll be harder so just saying it early on!
