Chapter 65: Soft and Domestic

The morning came for the two, well it was earlier for Katsuki since he's an old man in a younger man's body with how early he sleeps but that's besides the point. He woke up and immediately checked the time. 6:47 AM, his digital bedside clock said. He grabbed his phone and looked for his messages with Izuku then texting him a good morning message even though he's probably not up yet. He put his phone back on his nightstand before standing up to start his day. 

He went to the bathroom to do his business, grabbed his phone then went downstairs to start cooking breakfast. His parents had left for work since they had a new project to do, he's about to model for that fashion line but it'll take a while before he does. He's already dreading it though but it's fine. Nonetheless, his morning has started.

Izuku woke up quite late into the morning, he didn't have to hurry because his schedule for today was mainly going to start in the afternoon till night. He sat up, went to the toilet first before going back into his room to check his phone. He perked up when he saw his new boyfriend's name as the first notification. He sent a message it seemed so he clicked it and opened the message. He sent a good morning text, that was more than enough to have the green haired man blushing as he looked at his phone. He immediately started typing a reply too. He apologized he had replied so late and briefly explained that his schedule was later in the afternoon but replied good morning still, sending it as he walked towards the kitchen where he found a note by his mother telling him he just needs to heat up the pot if he wants to eat since she's already made food. He was grateful and did as he was told just as a ping was heard from his phone.

Kacchan 🧡: Want me to drive you to campus?

Izuku 💚: Are you not busy today, Kacchan?

Kacchan 🧡: Nah, got time for you.

Reading that message made the butterflies in his stomach erupt. How was Katsuki so good at flirting?! Unbeknownst to Izuku though, the blonde huffed, in shyness, at his own reply but it was the truth.

Izuku 💚: Well then, having you drive me to school would be very nice.

Izuku 💚: It would be our first ride as a new couple... (^///^)

Fuck, it would be. Katsuki thought. Shit, why is Izuku so cute even through texts?!

Kacchan 🧡: Yeah, you're right. You're now officially my passenger prince.

Izuku 💚: That's so embarassing, Kacchan!

Kacchan 🧡: It's the truth, Zuku. You're my prince.

Kacchan 🧡: Been wanting to call you that, now I fuckin' can and no one can stop me. 😈

The two continued to chat through text messages as they ate their breakfast and prepared themselves for the day as if they weren't going to see each other a few hours from now. They just wanted to look their best for each other, especially now, officially as boyfriends. It's just such a nice thought whenever they remember and realize that this is their reality now, they're together. Izuku is blushing every time he remembers and Katsuki is grinning proudly. 

They met up soon, two hours before Izuku's classes start. Katsuki parked in front of the Midoriya residence and honked his horn, waiting for the greenette outside. The smaller heard and grabbed his bag, put his shoes then hurried outside and closing the door behind him. Izuku smiled shyly when he saw his handsome Kacchan and walked towards him. 

"He- hey, K- Kacchan." Izuku said

"Hey Zuku. You look great." Katsuki replied as he gave a soft smile towards his adorable boyfriend

Izuku thanked him and Katsuki helped him put his helmet on before putting his own himself. It didn't stop there as he also helped the smaller to get on his motorcycle then getting on after him.

"Hold onto me, a'ight?" Katsuki told him, guiding Izuku's arms to wrap around his waist

"O- okay!" Izuku squeaked as Katsuki started his engine, revving it before he drove off

They didn't mention that they were way too early to be going to campus. It's like they were buying each other more time to be together for the day before they separate for a few hours and see each other again by the time the classes finish. It's just something silly but they seriously really like it. They've always liked each other's company but now that they're officially dating, they don't have to hold back on wanting to be together more. It's very soft and domestic and they have always wanted that. It's one thing to want to have a proper significant other, but it's another yet also important that they can feel comfortable and very happy to be with one another no matter how long they've been apart, they just don't get tired of each other. And that's really how Izuku and Katsuki feels with one another. It's a surprise they took this long to start dating but they're happy that it happened. 

All Katsuki wants is to make Izuku happy and give everything he deserves and wants, and all Izuku wants is to be with Katsuki no matter what they may be doing for that day. That's how simple it is, yet it's complex. It's love, that's what.

Hey guys! This is a little shorter than what I usually make my chapters but I just wanted to give my BKDK some domestic moments because don't we all 🥺 the manga is extremely chaotic and I want to comfort them all so bad 😭 but yeah, I hope you don't mind that it's a little shorter!
