Chapter 31

Taylor

His car faded away from behind her. Vanished when she closed the door.

Inside the house was Leo with his prepared dinner display on the dining table. Which she thought was looking surprisingly pleasant. Her father asked how her day was with his welcoming smile she saw everyday. He didn't inquire anything further, so neither did she feel about answering.

Taylor spent the rest of the night keeping her present around, but she put her mind wandering somewhere else.

Victor

When he got back to his house, everything got back to normal. Victor pushed aside all the feelings of her and the senzation he got from earlier, now focusing on his family in the dining room.

He didn't act thrilled when his mother asked about his day, with pictures of hers still playing around in his mind.

Taylor

Only when she's lying down on her bed with her hands on her stomach, eyes up at the ceiling, Taylor recalls everything she had just done.

Lips to lips, eyes to eyes. The feeling of his skin against hers was so clear, her mind was unconscious to distinguish her memories apart from the reality. She got all her feelings in her head, wanting to burst out into giggles. Though she knows she should be aware of what could happen.

Her chest is overwhelmed, she turns around to her side and tucking her blushed face into the mattress. She curled up in a ball, fingers playing around with her lips.

Victor

After he went up to his room, resting in his bed, his memories started flowing back, fresh like a fountainhead that he didn't ask for.

Victor looks up at the ceiling with his hand over his forehead. Picture of her was a blurry image he could not make more clearly, but the feeling of her still lingered inside his head.

In the moment after they kissed, the thought about all the bad things vanished into thin air. Their mutual feeling now captured in a moment no one could ask for better. As a tale to be told, even if first love won't last, he could not resist the sensation she's giving him without needing her present.

Taylor

Taylor went back to her daily track, now with Victor slowly making his way to her life.

The pleasantness of having him around is still nothing to compare with the obstacles she could count in her life. Even when her mother became softer, there's still something always bugging her. And soon became overwhelmed for her to understand.
